Near the city center and the beach, renovated apartment on the 1st floor (private garage on the ground floor not rented) ideal for 2 or 4 people including 2 bedrooms each with a bed of 140 x 190 (new bedding), a bathroom. bath with sink and shower, separate toilet, kitchen completely redone equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, large living room of 25 m² overlooking a sunny terrace of 20 m² facing south with table, deckchair, parasol.
For your comfort, the beds are made for your stay, the first necessity products are also provided. Milk, coffee, orange juice, pastries also available to you.

Séjour en famille très agréable. La propriétaire était disponible pour nos questions. Nous avons été surpris, le balcon, la salle de vie sont plus grandes que sur les photo. Vivement notre prochain séjour.

Excellent appartement très confortable terrasse ensoleillée très agréable nous y retournerons

Bel emplacement au calme près de la plage et des promenades avec le petit chien pas très loin du centre ville où plusieurs restaurants très bon nous n’avons pas pu tous les faire mais nous reviendrons

Une propriétaire sympathique et arrangeante et un appartement très bien situé, proche de la baie des phoques, sans doute le meilleur spot de la côte pour les observer.

La maison est proche de la mer. Maison au calme. Tout est prêt quand on arrive ( lit fait, serviette de toilette, produits ménager) rien à dire. La propriétaire est très gentille. En bref, vacances impeccable.

Agréable location

Petit week-end en famille. Location d'aspect veillot à l'extérieur mais agréable à l'intérieur, belle cuisine, literies confortable, petit bémol, un des lits grince beaucoup. Sinon tout a fait recommandable . Proprietaire acceuillante et agréable.

Le contact avec madame Bayard à été simple rapide et efficace. Son logement est très proche de la mer et le stationnement devant gratuit, ce qui nous a permis de poser la voiture et de tout faire à pied, le bonheur ! Logement Conforme au prix et à l annonce.

Appartement correspondant à l'annonce. Hôte très sympathique. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme et à 7 mn à pied de la baie d'Authie et proche du centre Ville et dela mer. Nous avons passé un week-end sympathique.

Escapade à Berck-plage

Séjour très agréable. Le logement est simple mais spacieux et lumineux, très propre et calme. On ne manque de rien. Nous avons récupéré les clés sans problème et la gérante du lieu, Madame Sandrine Bayart nous avait laissé des gâteaux et des boissons en guise de bienvenüe. Nous l'avons croisée le lendemain et le contact fut très agréable Le logement est à 5 minutes de la mer et du centre ville. Pour le départ, aucun problème. Nous sommes reparties ravies de notre séjour.
