Located on the first floor of a small condominium (undergoing renovation) on the beach facing the Mediterranean, 27m2 studio completely renovated in a contemporary style this winter, with four beds including a cabin bunk bed; as well as a balcony equipped with an outdoor lounge allowing you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea.
Local shops: bakery, newsagent, restaurants (pizzeria, rotisserie ...), grocery store.
10 mins walk from the lively center of Palavas les flots come and discover the sweetness of southern life!

Un séjour parfait

Appart au top ! Top équipé ! Emplacement idéal Calme absolu . Plage déserte à 2 pas. Un peu loin du centre par contre même si quelques commerces à proximité. Je recommande.

Superbe appartement

La localisation du bien est exceptionnelle, la plage au pied de l appartement avec jolie vue sur la mer. L appartement est agréable, très lumineux et offre tout le confort pour passer un bon séjour: lave vaisselle, lave linge et climatisation. La propriétaire Sarah se montre très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous avons été accueillis par Elisabeth, sa maman, qui nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux. A Montpellier pour un salon ,l'emplacement du studio était idéal '10 mn du pars des exposition et en bord de mer L'accueil a été excellent alors que j'avais quelques exigences au niveau horaire, les propriétaires étant très à l'écoute.L'appartement est très lumineux et fonctionnel. Il y a surtout cette vue sur la mer avec un balcon où même début novembre j'ai pu prendre mes petits déjeuners et diners J'y reviendrai avec mon épouse pour lui faire découvrir ce lieu magique

Un chouette séjour : emplacement idéal mais il faut s'armer de patience pour le stationnement très compliqué de 12h à 23h, à proximité mais plus généralement sur toute la commune. Appartement bien équipé. Idéal pour famille avec 1 ou 2 enfants.

Excellent appartement très bien situé face à la mer, proche de tout commerce, propre, élégant, cosy, avantage de pouvoir s'installer quelques jours. Propriétaire super accueillant, d'une extrême gentillesse. Notre séjour fut au top du top vraiment reposant. Je dirais qu'une chose : n'hésitez pas à réserver, vous vous sentirez comme à la maison avec en prime une vue merveilleuse face à la mer...
