This home is spectacularly situated on the edge of a marshland conservation area, right across the road from sunbathing, kayaking, parasailing, and stand-up paddleboarding on the shores of Chapin Beach. You'll be a half-mile stroll from Mayflower and Bayview Beaches on Cape Cod Bay, and only two miles west of the cute shops and restaurants in Dennis Village. The iconic Gina’s By The Sea is less than a quarter-mile down the road, and Chapin’s (great for food, drinks, and live music) is a quarter-mile walk in the other direction.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
