A Great Time with Family

This house is beautiful, clean and so spacious! It was perfect for our needs. The beach is a quick and easy walk right across the street. The host was great and responded quickly to any questions I had. My girlfriends and I got really lucky with a perfect weather weekend and really enjoyed our stay here. We did a 101 mile bike ride around beautiful cape cod! And highly recommend the house and area!

Quick family get away

We had a wonderful time on our four day getaway with our children and grandchildren. The South Shore Dr. property was in a great location. We had six adults and four kids under three. The property worked out great with the beach across the street, swings a short walk away, and a good restaurant close by as well. Spring getaway

Our family had a nice time spending spring break here. The home was well situated for an off-season get away so that we were close enough to restaurants that were open, but we could also easily drive to beaches and parks on the outer cape. The property owners were very responsive.

Great family vacation home

We had a wonderful stay, spending time with family and enjoying the beautiful property. You can’t beat the location, and the property owners were so responsive! The house is well appointed with everything we needed, clean and very spacious. There were 10 of us, and we had tons of room to spread out and relaxed. Our family has been in Massachusetts since 1999, living in the Greater Boston area and owning a vacation house on the Cape. Occasionally, we rented out the Cape Cod house and had fun doing so! We had the chance to decorate and prepare the house, gain an understanding of guests' preferences while answering their questions, and meet so many new people. This experience let us deepen our knowledge about all aspects of hospitality, as well as life in general, on the Cape. As we quickly fell in love with Cape Cod, we also wanted to share our love with our guests.

With such a central location on the Cape, you will have easy access to some of the best restaurants, activities, and sights available.
The location is unbeatable: just across the Seaview Beach with the warmest water on Cape Cod; 0.5 mi to Route 28 with the best restaurants, bars, and activities; 4.5mi to the Hyannis Harbor, offering trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, fishing and sightseeing cruises for kids and adults.

This is a newly renovated 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house.
For your comfort and convenience, the house is equipped with a Central Air Conditioner, a free Washer and Dryer, new LSD HDTVs, and free high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.
We believe that our large deck with comfortable furniture, a BBQ, a fire pit, an outdoor shower, and a fenced-in backyard will encourage you to spend quality time outdoors.
We provide high-quality bedding, linens, blankets, beach and bath towels, kitchen electrics, cookware, cutlery, coffee makers, pots, pans, dinnerware, flatware, etc. Also, we provide beach chairs/umbrellas, paper products, soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, laundry and dishwasher supplies, and propane for the grill.
We are local and always available almost immediately to answer any of your questions or stop by to solve any issues.
