This incredible immaculate air-conditioned house is perfect year-round for couples get away, friends escape or extended families with 2 master bedroom suites, one on each floor. Total of 6 bedrooms (2 King, 2 Queen, plus 2 bedrooms with 2 twins each: one of which converts to king) and 4 full bathrooms plus outside shower, linens included. There is also a full-sized futon, enabling sleeping space for up to 14 people. (2-night minimum off season)

The living room with flat screen TV and provided streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, HBO Max, Amazon Prime) will delight young and old. You will also find a media/playroom with futon, air hockey table, Nintendo Switch, flat screen TV, Wifi printer, plenty of games and books, as well as a second-floor deck overlooking the back yard.

In the basement you will find a regulation-size ping pong table.

Enjoy reading a book in the sunroom or relax out back in the hot tub (open year-round for your enjoyment) while your children play in the playhouse or in the driveway basketball area. The whole family will enjoy s'mores at the firepit (s'mores ingredients included for your convenience & enjoyment). Wood is provided next to the fire-pit for your use.

*Pets welcome. There is a $100 pet fee that will be due prior to your arrival.

We include a temporary car beach pass for you to be able to enjoy any Barnstable/Hyannis town beach! Though, who would want to drive away from here when you can walk to Craigville Beach, Craigville General Store or the famous Craigville Mexican and Pizza? Want to stay in for dinner? A fully equipped stainless steel appliance kitchen with a large refrigerator as well as a gas grill on the deck will enable you to delight your taste buds. Gas grill is connected to the house-gas-line, so no need to worry about running out of propane!

If you want to venture to iconic downtown Hyannis, it is only about a 3-mile drive. There are many restaurants and shops for all ages, tastes, and price-points. You can also catch the ferry to Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis!

From April-October we provide seasonal ‘Oh Deer’ All-Natural Tick and Mosquito Control, safe for you, kids and pets! Enjoy the property during spraying, no need to go inside, shut windows or leave the property. You may notice a mint or lemongrass scent right after spraying. This is applied once a month.

The cleaning fee is an actual cost to us: While it may seem high at first glance, keep in mind that our cleaners are doing enhanced cleaning for 6 bedrooms, 6 common areas, 4 bathrooms. We pay our cleaners a living wage and with COVID19 enhanced cleaning they spend a long time, following strict protocols for your (and their) safety. We send all towels, sheets, mattress pads, duvet covers, pillow protectors, extra blankets and towels that are used to a professional laundry facility for extra cleaning protection. We also empty and refill the hot tub with fresh water, clean filter and bromine sanitizer, etc. for each guest visit.

Bright, Spacious, and Close to Everything

This property was perfect for our family—comfortable, clean, bright, and incredibly spacious. We loved having several rooms to relax in, whether it was reading, playing games, or watching TV. It made all the difference.The hot tub was the perfect way to wind down after a day of fun.We couldn’t have asked for a better location—just a short walk to the beach, and close to markets and great restaurants.We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect vacation home!

This was the perfect vacation home for our family vacation. It was very spacious and clean. Ideal location for traveling around the Cape and going to the beach. We were lucky to meet Diane and Mike and they are truly genuine people. We hope to stay here again in the future...thanks!

Beautiful house, very accommodating hosts

There were 9 of us who stayed and a dog, the house is plenty big to hold that and then some. It’s a beautiful and clean place with many things to do! We went during the winter and it was still a great location. The hosts are very nice and very helpful. My family is looking at renting this house again but for the summer next time!

Perfect Family Getaway Home

Our family celebrated mom’s 70th birthday with our 4 grown children and their children (4 grandchildren). It was so comfortable for everyone especially the grandkids who each had their own room within their parents room, a huge closet to put their blow up mattress. They absolutely loved it. We walked to the beach every day which was less than .2 miles. We used the large driveway for playing cornhole and the kids for riding their bikes. The hot tub was amazing and mostly enjoyed by the birthday girl.The kids loved the treehouse and we all enjoyed making s’mores at the fire pit. The media room was a huge hit as well. The only complaint was that the chairs in the dining area were uncomfortable. That’s an easy fix!!!We all had an absolutely amazing time in such a spacious and well kept home. Thank you Diane and Mike for making it so nice for us!!!!

Thoughtful details and fantastic location

Diane's house was perfect for our family trip to the Cape. The house is walkable to the beach, and there are many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. There was plenty of space for our group of 11. The house was very clean, and the linens and towels that were provided were plentiful and well cleaned. The hot tub was great, and we enjoyed the thoughtful additions such as the s'mores kit.

Great house in a great location

8 adults staying Friday to Friday in late April.....house is amazing and Diane and Michael were great hosts. They even took the time to put out birthday themed napkins when I mentioned our group was celebrating a birthday-such hospitality! Location made it so easy for us to explore much of the cape-we did Nantucket, Sandwich, Hyannis, Provincetown, Plymouth, and Yarmouth. On days/evenings we were wiped out-there was so much to do at the house. Communicating with hosts was easy, timely and thorough. If travelling back to Cape Cod, I will absolutely look for this house first.

Great Cape House and Location

Our group of friends celebrated our 35th annual Memorial Week gathering at Diane and Michael’s lovely home. We enjoyed the cleanliness and extra touches to the house which made it so welcoming, in addition to the central location, hot tub, quiet neighborhood, and easy access to local beaches. Diane and Michael were also always on top of sending out information and keeping us up to date before and during our stay. All-in-all a fantastic week and we’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful week spent at an Exceptional Property !

This property was immaculate on move-in. Our extended family of 11 , ages 2 - 66 , had no shortage of choices of activities. This house is on a quiet street , with a safe, quick walk to Craigsville Beach. A sand cart, toys, towels , and chairs were provided in case of need. The hot tub was a wonderful way to wind down an activity filled day .We also took advantage of the well made fire ring on a pleasent evening. Our hosts, Diane and Michael , left us makings for S'mores that included locally made marshmellows from a local candy shop. Couldn't pass that up. Having a complete kitchen and laundrty room was such a convenence and allowed us all to gather in common areas, no stress about clothes or meals. That is not to say that we took advantage of several meals out locally that were all absolutely delicious. Add in Mini golf , locally made or Gifford' s ice cream, Truro wine, the freshest seafood and two beautifully maintained, family- friendly bike trails and it just doesn't get any better. We made the most of every day, no matter the weather ! Our hosts anticipated every need / activity for all age groups. Any questions (just 2) were promptly answered. This is truly a five star stay !!! Highly recommend !!

Amazing hosts and well prepared home!

To say our this home exceeded my expectations is an understatement. I’ve stayed in many rental homes, and oftentimes they are not welcoming and/or there are little or no things available for guests. Not this case with this home! The owners (Diane & Michael) were very easy to work with and generously let us check in early and leave late. Upon arrival the home was immaculately prepared including a s’mores kit for use at the fire pit and a bottle of wine. Each bedroom was comfortable and fully prepared including extra bedding in the closets in case anyone was cold. The bathrooms were all stocked with towels, hand towels, soap, and plenty of toilet paper for our stay. I’ve stayed in multiple homes where these items were not stocked and it was very frustrating. These owners really care about their guests feeling at home and comfortable. The kitchen was spotless, dishes clean and ready for our use. The living room and game room were comfortable and fully stocked with board and card games, gaming console, air hockey, ping pong, along with numerous other toys and beach gear available to guests (this was so great for the kids). There were 4 TVs throughout the home so the kids and adults could watch different things at the same time. The hot tub was a hit and there was plenty of seating on the back deck. The location of the house did not disappoint. It’s on a very quiet street and 1 minute from a gorgeous beach, yet very close to the stores and anything else you might need in Hyannis. Overall it was an absolute pleasure staying in this home and I’d recommend it 10/10 to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay with kids or adults only. I’m already looking forward to being back. Thank you Diane and Michael!

Beyond the Beach was Beyond Beautiful

Our hosts Diane and Michael have done a fabulous job arranging their home for a wonderful stay! They have thought of everything vacationers might need and the provisions exceeded our expectations. Both inside their specious home as well as the surrounding grounds, there is ample space, whether playing a board game, enjoying a meal, or relaxing with a good book The home is located on a quiet tree lined street, just a short walk to the beach. As soon as you arrive you feel the beach vibe and know you are in for a fun stay!

Exceeded Expectations

Everything about the house was as described…and more! It was perfect for a 3 generation family vacation. Plenty of space for everyone. Diane and Mike have put much thought into the amenities included with the property. The kitchen has everything you need and a lot of “nice to haves”. Well stocked with supplies that aren’t always provided with VRBO properties. The bathrooms are stocked with more than the basic necessities. There are toys and games for all ages for fun at the beach, outdoors on property, or rainy days indoors. Diane and Mike are very responsive and anticipate questions with information prior to your stay. There was a binder on site with house information and local interests and restaurants. The location was convenient to the beach and local attractions. The yard is its own little haven with areas to have fun or just chill. We have stayed at many wonderful properties but this one stands out! Thank you Mike and Diane for sharing your place with us! We will be back!

Family & Friends 2025

This property checked ALL of the boxes for our group. We had 5 couples, 2 children and a dog and we all fit very comfortably. The property was everything we had hoped for and more! The space(s) were clean, they were large, and the amenities were many. The neighborhood is quiet and we loved being in Centerville as it is convenient to many areas of the Cape. The walk to Craigville Beach is easy and it only takes a few minutes, the items provided for use on the beach were plentiful and greatly appreciated. The hosts were responsive, friendly and helpful when we had questions. We would highly recommend this spot and we would definitely come back and stay here again in the future.

Wonderful stay!

Great home with a lot of amenities for kids and adults! The kitchen was very well equipped, both game rooms were a lot of fun and hot tub was just an amazing experience ! Overall we had a comfortable stay, bedding was super comfy, everything was functional in the house with ample space The layout is very thoughtful and had a great location.

Beautiful house with lots to do in the house and nearby

Beautiful house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood less than 10 minute walk from Covells and Craigville beaches. Lots of space inside, plus ping pong, game room, and hot tub, gave us plenty to do in the house on the first couple rainy days of our week. Great communication with hosts, and clear instructions. Would definitely stay again. Our only suggestion to future guests: one of our family members has very low mobility and the property was hard for her to navigate. Several short flights of steps to navigate between inside and driveway; limited railings; no grab bars in bathrooms; doorways with molding/coping on the floor; etc. This isn't a complaint, as the hosts never claimed the property was ADA compliant. But it was harder to navigate than we expected from the photos, and I would caution anyone who is wheelchair or scooter dependent to look elsewhere -- including at the hosts' other property which *is* ADA compliant (but was too small for our group).

Great house in perfect location

Beautiful property

This was our cousin getaway!! We are all 50 plus and there was 11 of us. The weather didn’t cooperate, but this house was spacious enough with ping pong, air hockey and lots of games to keep us occupied so we just went with it. This property was totally stocked and very well organized. I have rented many vacation properties, but this was a standout!! It was spotless, we could not get over how clean and well maintained it was. The location is great!! So close to a beautiful beach!! The owners were so good at communicating with us, all we had to do was show up!! You won’t regret booking this place!! It’s our new favorite place!! Thank you Diane and Michael for sharing your home with us
