Beautiful spacious home that is well equipped with every amenity imaginable. Very clean and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable. Great location to pond and beaches. Property manager is excellent and very responsive. We would rent again!

Generously sized rooms, lots of living space in addition to the plentiful bedroom space. The hosts were most gracious while my family and I were there for a family funeral. We could not have been more well accommodated. We have rented many VRBO homes and this one was delightfully turnkey.

This house is very inviting and in is a great location. We wanted to hit quite a few spots in Massachusetts and it was a reasonable drive to all of them. Marie is an amazing host and was very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay there again if we are ever in the state.

Family Trip

My wife and I brought our 3 adult kids and their significant others and this place worked out great. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out together and also room to find our spots to relax alone.

Perfect weekend! Marie was great! She was aware of a special occasion our group was celebrating and acknowledged at check in. Our group has stayed at many VRBO rentals and all agreed was by far the cleanest with the most amenities. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Plenty of space indoors and outside for our large group to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Location was perfect for us. Close to stores, shops and restaurants.

This property is in a great location with an easy walk into a cute town and short drive to the beach area. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate with us while we were there so we didn't get to take advantage of the lake or outside area, but the house itself was large enough for everyone to spread out but yet cozy enough to come together for a family movie night, good food and good conversation. Thank you for a great weekend on the cape!

Beautiful home in an absolutely gorgeous location. Very convenient to many spots on the Cape. Unfortunately, it was raining the whole time we were there, so we were not able to use the outdoor space or go kayaking, but it is a very nice set up with a grill, plenty of seating, and fire pit. Also kayaks and bikes to use, if the weather is nice. Home was clean with gorgeous furnishings and comfortable beds. Lots of room to congregate and play games (loved the Clue game) or to find a quiet spot and just read a book. Would not hesitate to recommend this home.

Spacious dog friendly home with great outdoor spaces.

We rented this house to stay with our dog and some adult friends. We did not take advantage of all the rooms, but stayed just on the first floor. The outdoor gas fire pit and comfy seating was a great spot to gather. We loved the outdoor shower. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating. The house is obviously a family house. The neighborhood is quiet and the pond is pretty, but probably not swimmable. Craigville beach is 5 minutes drive. Great location for us.

This was a wonderful property for our family to vacation in. There were many rooms to spread out in. The deck and fire pit area was a delight each evening. The access to the private pond was easy and we spent many days at the pond kayaking and relaxing. The kitchen had all the items we needed and everything was clean and in good working condition. All in all it was one of the best VRBO homes we have stayed at in the past few years. If we had any questions we contacted our host Marie and she immediately answered our text or call.
