Spend your vacation in this roomy and comfortable house located right in the heart of Cape Cod. Located minutes off of route 6 in beautiful South Dennis, this property is walking distance to a huge recreation area and offers a yard complete with fire pit patio and gas grill. Located on a quiet street right off of Old Bass River Road, this sunny and spacious house is a short drive to beaches on both the bay and ocean sides of the Cape.
Linens and towels are provided. Dogs are welcome but please no cats or other animals.

This was exactly what I was hoping for. Vintage Cape ambiance with all amenities plus. It felt like home celebrating out Thanksgiving on the road. Central Cape location allowed us to get our fix of shopping, shelling and sight seeing!

I've rented before and i have never seen a more equipped house ever. Everything you need from your own kitchen was there. The house was immaculate and Matt and Abby answered quickly with questions we had. Would highly recommend and will definitely book there again. Christmas Holiday Stay

This was the greatest Christmas Holiday stay we have ever had. This home was so well organized a lot of though went into all of the things included. It was so clean with just about everything you would need away from home. Very quiet neighborhood and a good location. When ever i am staying in this area this would be the home I would look for and stay again.
