Spend your vacation in this roomy and comfortable house located right in the heart of Cape Cod. Located minutes off of route 6 in beautiful South Dennis, this property is walking distance to a huge recreation area and offers a yard complete with fire pit patio and gas grill. Located on a quiet street right off of Old Bass River Road, this sunny and spacious house is a short drive to beaches on both the bay and ocean sides of the Cape.
Linens and towels are provided. Dogs are welcome but please no cats or other animals.

This property is a gem. We had 4 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs stay for a week and everyone was happy and comfortable coming back to sleep after long sun soaked days. Beds are extremely comfortable. Whole house was spotless. And the hosts were lovely, leaving personal touches for us as the guests. We can not recommend this property more.

Lovely, quiet, classic Cape home with every convenience, entertainment, and kitchen supply a family could ever want. Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Definitely the most relaxing place we’ve stayed in a long time - fire pit and basement game room were huge additions. Many thanks for being so welcoming and accommodating to our family. We look forward to returning!!

The house was unassuming from the outside, but the moment we stepped in, we were amazed by how beautiful it was. We had seven adults and one small dog, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably.The home was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed—beautiful dishes and silverware, ample cooking utensils, and even a large selection of spices. Everything was spotless, aesthetically pleasing, and decorated with wonderful Cape Cod beach charm.The location was also very convenient, just about 1.5 miles from Route 6. Matt was an excellent host: communicative, responsive, and truly a pleasure to work with.The sunroom was especially charming and spacious, and the fire pit area was absolutely incredible. We celebrated two milestone birthdays with a 40 & 50 year old friends. This was such an amazing cute cozy property. Loved the back porch in the mornings, and each bedroom had more nuances of cozy. It was also situated in a great central location. Never made it out to the backyard as we were out most evenings and pretty cold, but it had a great fire pit and lighting for the evenings if desired. Matt and Abby were so very helpful with suggestions and insights including groceries for our few days. Highly recommend it for a Cape Cod stay.

This was exactly what I was hoping for. Vintage Cape ambiance with all amenities plus. It felt like home celebrating out Thanksgiving on the road. Central Cape location allowed us to get our fix of shopping, shelling and sight seeing!

My family and I stayed here to attend our family members wedding at Pelham House Resort. We were consistently impressed and excited with the home and accommodations. What a lovely home we were able to share! It was extremely conveniently located, great place for a stroll around with little kids and a quick drive to many places (mayflower, corporation, harbor, creamery, etc). Highly recommend and I would certainly come back.

Absolutely perfect!! The best VRBO we have stayed in by far. Owners had everything we needed and then some! They had a surprise basket of goodies for us that was a nice surprise. We had fun playing giant jenga on the screened in porch the last night. Thanks for a perfect vacation

Fantastic House

We had a great stay. This house has everything you could possibly need for a stay on the cape. The owners were very attentive and got back to you right away (even with the smallest of questions) I would recommend to any looking for a get away.
