Welcome to our beautiful waterfront home, located directly on Long Pond with easy access into the pond right from our back yard! The pond is a fisherman's dream, as it is well stocked with trout each year and is known for having strip bass, pickerel, perch and sunfish.

Our spacious home is perfect for family vacations, reunions, getaway weekends, and special occasions. The main side of the house has four bedrooms: #1 master bedroom with a King bed, TV, and its own bathroom, #2 guest bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and its own bathroom, #3 guest bedroom with two twin beds and its very own bathroom, and a large office used as a bedroom with two full sized bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own AC unit. There's a large playroom with a twin daybed, TV, AC unit, an oversized L-shaped sectional sofa, and plenty of toys and books for our younger guests. The large kitchen is fully updated with gorgeous granite countertop, stainless steel appliances, and well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. Enjoy a family meal in the sun-filled dining room with breathtaking views of the pond! Next to the dining room there’s a living room with TV, AC unit, and an oversized L-shaped sectional couch. For your convenience, there’s a laundry room with washer and dryer, and an additional half bath located off the kitchen and office.

The in-law apartment is attached to the main house with an interior door that opens up to the in-law living room (with TV), a full bathroom, a full kitchen with fridge and stove, and a large master bedroom with a California King Bed, a twin day Bed, a TV, and AC unit. The number of beds in our home can accommodate 14 adults comfortably, more if there are young children, as we also have 2 L-shape sectional sofas and 1 large couch. 3 1/2 of the 4 1/2 bathrooms have been fully renovated.

The deck is oversized and fully furnished with plenty of sitting areas to accommodate large parties. There is a grill for BBQs, and a built-in fire table - perfect for making s'mores! We have a large flat back yard for the kids to play, all sorts of lawn games, and right from the yard a direct entrance into the pond, which is popular for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. We have 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks for our guests to enjoy.

There are two grocery stores within a 3-minute drive from our home as well as mini golf & go karts nearby. There are multiple salt-water beaches, two small freshwater beaches right across the pond, a basketball court, multiple tennis courts, an entrance to the Cape Cod bike trail for running, walking, biking, and skateboarding, a playground, the scrumptious Cape Cod Creamery, all within 5-10 minutes drive.

This is a Saturday to Saturday rental during the summer months. Shorter term stays are accommodated before mid Jun and after Labor Day. Towels, linens, pillows and bath rugs are all included for your convenience. We will be leaving a few beach chairs as well. Renters will NOT have access to the garage during their stay. Approximately 6 vehicles can fit in the driveway depending on size. We have our yard sprayed for ticks throughout the Spring and Summer months. Trash is picked up 2x/week, there may be an additional pickup fee if extra trash removal is needed during your stay. **This is NOT a party house**.
