About this property

Five bedrooms (3 Queens / 1 King) / 2 Twins (1 w/trundle) and a crib + a TV room with a Full futon. Central air conditioning, cozy gas fireplace, walk to beach.
Located mid Cape, so you can enjoy all Cape Cod attractions from the National Seashore to Woods Hole in Falmouth. The house has one king size bed, three queen size, one full, two twins and a crib. We supply sheets, towels, beach towels and beach chairs. The kitchen is nicely outfitted with cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils and a large table. The grassy, fenced in back yard has a blue stone patio with a large umbrella table, 12 chairs and propane grill for all your outdoor cooking. You'll also enjoy the spacious outdoor shower. This is the perfect home for a multi-generational vacation. One block to the beach and on a quiet dead end street. Come with the kids and grandchildren and enjoy all Cape Cod has to offer. Take a walk to Sunday School and enjoy their homemade ice cream or spend the day relaxing on one of the many beaches Dennis Port has to offer. Many restaurants within walking distance. Quality Mattresses.

Perfect Dennis Port House close to many attractions

We loved our stay at this Dennis house! We stayed with our whole family (grandparents, grandchildren, etc) and the house comfortably fit all of us. The house was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were so nice and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect, walking distance to a private beach and short drive to larger public beaches. Also walking distance to many fabulous restaurants. We loved everything about our stay!

Amazing

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. The owners thought of everything….from a fully stocked kitchen to beautiful beach towels. The backyard was perfect for our family of littles. It was fenced and even had a little sand pit for the kids to play in tucked in the back corner. They provided several beach chairs and umbrellas as well as toys for the kids. The house’s air conditioning was a game changer as it was one of the hottest week of the summer! The beds and pillows were so comfortable making sleeping perfect. The owners were very attentive. They provided suggestions of things to do the week we were there. All of this combined with the fact that the beach is a 5 minute walk makes this a great place to stay!

Perfect summer getaway!

My closest friends from college and I decided to have a summer trip since we hadn’t spent any time together since we graduated 3 years ago due to the pandemic. I can’t say enough about how fantastic this house was. The neighborhood is very quiet, not overflowing with tourists (though we did go early in the season), and very quaint. The house is amazingly spacious, bright, clean, up to date, and you can literally see the beach from the driveway. Val and Jack are fantastic hosts and think of everything you might need. The check in/out process was extremely smooth. Jack even recommended two excellent spots for dinner that the group loved. We rented the house thinking this would be a one time only trip, but we all had such a good time that we’re already talking about coming next year. Seriously do yourself a favor and rent this house! It was exactly what we needed.

Fantastic multi-generation trip!

Grandma, 6 adults and 2 infants, it was the perfect stay! Our favorites were the walkable breakfast + ice cream spots, and many walkable beaches. Loved the spacious outdoor shower! It was a great location, and fantastic host. Jack was incredibly helpful and responsive, both leading up to the stay and during the stay - though we didn't need to be in contact too much, as the house is perfectly well equipped and set up! Would recommend as a wonderful place for families!
