Family house in Dinard with garden 700m from the beach
Contemporary house in perfect condition including a large triple exposure living room with its open kitchen.
It is made up of 4 bedrooms, 2 with double bed, 2 with bunk beds in each (additional extra bedding possible in the double sofa bed in the living room), a bathroom with bath and shower, a shower room with shower, 2 separate toilets, parking for 2 cars, a large terrace and a garden.
You will access the Prieuré beach (700m) and its magnificent view of the bay of Saint Malo by crossing the Port Breton animal park. Ideal with children because without risk.
You can reach the city center and the market (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) in 20 minutes on foot via the Clair de Lune promenade which runs alongside Dinard bay.

Dinard family holiday
Enjoyed our stay in this well equipped house. In pleasant and quiet residential close to a nice sandy beach. Within walking disatance of Dinard town centre and boats to St Malo. Would recommend this holiday home, but with better weather would have been even nicer.

Sehr schönes und stilvolles Haus
Wir hatten als Familie mit zwei Teenagern einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichteten Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt; auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist sehr schön, mit großer Terrasse und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben viele Informationen zu Ausflügen in die nähere und weitere Umgebung erhalten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Très bon accueil et la maison est très agréable, bien située et très bien équipée (un seul petit bémol l'aspirateur un peu capricieux. Lol) . Les enfants se sont bien amusés dans leurs chambres avec lits cabanes, et la terrasse est très accueillante.
Très bonne trouvaille que la douche extérieure pour les retours de plage!!
A conseiller et à retenir au vu de la qualité des services proposés et de la disponibilité des propriétaires que nous remerçions encore.
