Yellow house is situated in Trogir, Island of Ciovo in Central Dalmatia – Croatia. We are less than 1km (10-15 min. walk) from Trogir centre. The nearest beach is less than 5 min. walking distance with beautiful crystal clear water of Adriatic Sea. Airport of Split is 5 km away.
Yellow House comprises of three apartments with a lovely small private garden. The apartments are tastefully decorated and offers guests a comfortable and stylish holiday retreat. Each apartment provides accommodation for 2-4 guests.
Our primary goal is happy and satisfied guest, because we believe it is the only way we can make you return next year.

Apartment 1 is approx. 50 m2 and it is located on the ground floor. The apartment is tastefully decorated with some original ’50 – ’60 furniture. It consists of entrance hall leading into; lounge, bedroom and bathroom.
Lounge area has a French door leading out into a terrace. There is a spacious private terrace area that has outdoor BBQ and sitting area with a beautiful view of Saldun Bay, Okrug Gornji and Kamp Rozac peninsula.
This apartment is air-conditioned.

Fluglärm.

Der Airport Split ist 5 km entfernt, Trogir liegt in der Ein- und Abflugschneise, geflogen wurde von 07 bis 23 Uhr, besonders intensiv am Wochenende. Nichts für Lärmempfindliche.

Fantastic holiday.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the yellow house. Relaxed as soon as we stepped onto the terrace. Fantastic apartment, spotlessly clean. Super terrace with lovely view. Great location, within walking distance of beach, resturants and supermarket. Fred very helpful, great host.

The Yellow House is a Trogir Gem

Our stay at the Yellow House was beyond 5 star. The home is fully stocked and if you need anything additional Predrag will try his best to accommodate you. Pedrag even stocked milk and refreshment for our arrival. Every thing was spotless and the washer is an added bonus. The view of the bay and your private deck is the topping on the cake.

Perfekt!

Wir waren 10 Tage in Apartment 3, haben uns die anderen beiden Wohungen aber auch ansehen können. Alle haben den gleichen Standard. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top: Zum nächsten kleinen Strand, den nächsten Restaurants sowie kleinen Supermärkten etc. sind es 5 Minuten Fußweg und in die Altstadt vor Trogir auch nur gut 10 Minuten. Der Fußweg dorthin führt durch kleine Gässchen über einen Hügel und bietet tolle Sicht auf Trogir, den Hafen und das umgebende Festland. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön. Modern und stilvoll gestaltet und super ausgestattet. Der Balkon mit Meerblick ist die Krönung. Perfekt. Wir waren mit einem einjährigen Baby da und haben nichts vermisst. Der Kinderwagen lässt sich sicher im Erdgeschoss abstellen und es gibt eine Menge Spielzeug und Strandausrüstung zum Leihen - kostenlos. Predrag, der Vermieter, macht den Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm. Perfektes Englisch, gute Informationen, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit, aber nie aufdringlich. Einfach super. Auf Anfrage holt er für ca. 15€ die Gäste auch vom Flughafen ab und hält auf dem Weg noch bei einem großen Supermarkt, um den Start in den Urlaub so unkompliziert wie möglich zu gestalten. Insgesamt einfach nur empfehlenswert und gerade auch für Gäste, die - wie wir - per Flugzeug kommen, super, weil man wegen der Lage und des Services nicht auf ein Auto angewiesen ist.
