. Terrace. View of mountain and village. On the horizon view of the sea. 6 km ARGELES SUR MER, 12 km from COLLIOURE, 20 km Spain, 30 km from Perpignan.
Ground floor: garage of 35 m2. washing machine
1st floor: covered terrace 6m2 with table + 4 chairs, barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen, open to living room: dishwasher, oven, induction hob, hood. fridge. TV freezer, HIFI system.
2nd floor: HALL with armchair, 2 bedrooms 1 double bed and 2 single beds. New bedding. 1 bathroom with shower. Bed linen and toiletries supplied. Contact me for more information.

Lovely old house in the centre of busy village, lots of local shops and activities. Great location for sea and mountains. Great stay for a couple. Host very amenable. Garage for car.

Superbe !!

Superbe logement, très propre et très bien équipé. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la région et le village est animé mais en même temps très calme. Me Nadaud est très sympathique et la communication est simple et naturelle. Je recommande.

La maison est idéalement agencée. Le village est incroyablement vivant (sans être bruyant). La situation, entre montagne et mer, est idéale. La propriétaire est disponible et fort aimable ! Nous reviendrons !

Une vieille maison de caractère extrêmement bien restaurée. Très bien équipée, idéale pour un couple qui recherche le calme. Un accueil sympathique à l’arrivée, des propriétaires conciliants pour l’arrivée et le départ. Bref je recommande.
