This 1922 condo boasts a fully renovated marble bathroom, updated and stocked kitchen with granite countertops and gas range, original oak floors, working fireplace, smart TV w/ Netflix, covered parking - plus extra spots!, and views of downtown with all the character of a historic property. Enjoy the amazing location on S. Boston, 2 minutes from downtown and steps to the Gathering Place trail.

The spacious 940 sq ft condo comfortably sleeps 5 with a queen bed in the bedroom; sleeper sofa with quality foam mattress and twin pillowtop daybed in the living room and sunroom.

Coffee and tea are provided to keep you well caffeinated. We’ve also left a book of all our favorite hotspots in Tulsa, so there are plenty of ideas on how to make the most of your time here.

The building has free shared laundry facilities.

For the really little ones, we can provide a pack n play or highchair/booster upon request for an extra $10 each during your stay.

We offer monthly and weekly stay discounts.

This condo sits on the edge of the historic and upscale Maple Ridge neighborhood, off South Boston (SoBo) . We re midway between downtown, Cherry Street and Brookside - making an easy trek (or cheap Uber ride!) to all Tulsa has to offer.

Next door is American Solera - an award-winning brewery, a few doors down is Burn Co. Barbecue - an iconic Tulsa staple that always has a line, and steps from the condo is the Midland Valley trail - a beautiful path to enjoy the outdoors that also leads you directly to the incredible, new Gathering Place park.
