For your considering do not throw cigarettes bud on floor.

No cooking is allowed.

No shoes in the house.

Please do not throw ANYTHING in toilet except toilet paper.

Any illegal activities is strictly prohibited 🚫 in my unit.

Strictly no parties, events, loud music or boisterous activities that could disrupt the peace of my neighbors. Please keep your voice down after 11pm.

Think green save energy. Turn off the power and water eg, air-conditioning, lights, fans and electrical appliances when not in use.

Take good care of the furnishing and equipments in the apartment.

We do not accept any liabilities for any personal injuries, accidents or damage/loss of guests’ personal belongings sustained in my unit or within the area apartment. However, I as host will do my best to provide any necessary assistance if required.
