About this property

Vacation dreams on the edge of the sea. At 20 meters from the beach in a quiet and secure residence is our house very pleasant. On the ground floor living / dining room, kitchen, shower room with separate WC, 3 bedrooms. Large garden with a barbecue area and terrace. Living room and two bedrooms have French doors that overlook the garden and the sea. Small studio on the first floor consists of a living / dining room with kitchen, terrace, shower, toilet, bedroom with double bed. Sofa bed in the living room. The studio has a separate entrance. Shops and restaurants nearby. Easy parking for several cars. Entrance into the residence with the remote controlled gate.
Possibility to rent only the ground floor or the apartment upstairs.

Vacances pieds dans l'eau ... un rêve !!!

Nous venons de rentrer de ce séjour dont nous garderons un chouette souvenir. Nous avons été accueillis avec gentillesse par Irina. Personne aimable, chaleureuse. Nous avons pu louer le rez-de-chaussée car l'étage etait déjà loué. Cela ne nous a posé aucun problème du fait que le rez-de-chaussée bénéficie du jardin et que l'accès à l'appartement à l'étage est complètement indépendant. Nous avons pu goûter avec délice les oranges et pamplemouses du jardin ... Irina nous ayant donné l'autorisation ... un pure régal ... cueillir ses agrumes pour son petit-déjeuner ... un rêve... La maison est équipée simplement mais tout y est fonctionnel. L'accès direct à la plage a été le point fort de cette location pour nous... pieds dans l'eau et c'est peu dire ;-) Vacances farniente idéales. Les restaurants accessibles depuis la plage étaient de très bonne qualité. Nous y avons très bien mangé. Service nickel, personnel très poli et vraiment sympa ... Si vous avez envie de vacances en famille sans chichis avec la grande bleue comme panorama, cet endroit est à conseiller ... Maryline, Suisse

Un séjour très agréable !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Irina. Nous avons loué la maison et le studio à l'étage. La maison est ancienne et comprend un niveau d'équipement simple mais complet. La literie est d'un bon niveau. Elle possède un très grand jardin ce qui accentue le calme. Elle est située dans une résidence privée ce qui fait que l'on n'est pas dérangé par les autos. La maison est réellement à 50m de la plage du débarquement. L'idéal pour les nageurs. De nombreux restaurants sont accessibles par la plage à 2 mn mais suffisamment loin pour ne pas générer de nuisance le soir. Depuis la plage du débarquement il est possible de prendre un bateau pour Saint Tropez ou les iles de Port Cros ou Porquerolles. Aux alentours, nous avons visité plusieurs vignobles et dégusté de très bons vins. En bref nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Excellent séjour

Appartement propre et grand, idéal avec des petits enfants. Cuisine complète, frigo,congélo,machine à café,télévision,wifi optimal,plusieurs tables à manger dedans, dehors. Lit bébé en bois avec vrai matelas, chaise haute.Grand jardin plein sud,bruit des vagues. Voisins du dessus particulièrement discrets.A 30mètres de la plage et à 5min d'un magasin de proximité, des restaurants de plage. Superbe!
