Between sea and mountains the cottage is located in a dead end on 1300 m² of land in a small village at the foot of the castle, 15 minutes from Perpignan, 30 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from Spain, 15 minutes from the pond of Salses. Nice view of the surroundings.
Adept hiking you will be delighted, follower of idleness the private pool will satisfy you perfectly.
Comprising an entrance hall of 11 m², kitchen lounge dining room of 40 m², a bedroom of 12 m² and a bathroom of 8 m².

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans ce gîte qui offre toutes les commodités. Les extérieurs sont géniaux et très équipés (barbecue, plancha, 2 salons de jardin, table de ping pong et jeux de piscine…) dans un bel espace que les propriétaires laissent à notre disposition. Des propriétaires d’ailleurs discrets, mais aussi agréables et de bon conseils pour visiter la région!

Belle location au calme et priches activités

Location tres propre et spacieuse ou il ne manque rien, belle piscine et terrain de petanque sympa. Marylene et sa famille sont tres accueillants, serviables et de bons conseil. Les environs permettent de superbes randos en pleine nature, la decouverte de beaux domaines vignobles, perpignan et l espagne tres proches. Nous recommandons pour des vacances au calme et reposantes.

trés beau gite et en plus il y a une piscine vu la canicule c'était géniale

nous avons fait beaucoup de kilomètres car nous voulions voir cette très belle région et vraiment cela valait le coup étant en retrait de la cote c'était très agréable vous pouvez vous y rendre , bon séjour au prochain

Appartement au lieu d'un 'Cottage'

Il s'agit ni d'un Cottage ou d'un Gîte, ni d'une Petite Maison de Campagne, et également la description du terrain (1300 m²) ne correspond pas à la réalité: En effet, on nous a loué un APPARTEMENT avec un terrain extérieur d'env. 25 m² (table avec chaises + parking)! En plus la propriétaire avec sa grande famille habite au premier étage ce qui permet aucune sphère privée dès qu'on se trouve à l'extérieur.

Le lieu a été choisi pour sa proximité avec Sigean (réserve africaine). Nous étions quatre : 1 couple et 2 enfants (6 et 3 ans). Appartement agréable : grande pièce à vivre, cuisine ouverte bien équipée, petit extérieur permettant de manger dehors. La propriétaire est agréable et serviable, nous avons pu être dépanné pour les draps que nous n'avions pas prévus....montant de location raisonnable. les points noirs : (qui font certainement que la location est peu chère) - la salle d'eau (pas de photo) - 1 cabine de douche très exigüe, 1wc, 1 lavabo dans 2 m2 maxi. - le canapé du salon ne devrait pas être considéré comme couchage (non convertible). - le clic-clac présent sur les photos n'y était pas. La région est magnifique, beaucoup de sites (proche) à visiter, proximité de la mer

C'est un gite spacieux, calme et bien équipé tant au niveau de la cuisine que de la bibliothèque (livres,CD,DVD) . Nous avons apprécié le salon de jardin et le paysage méditerranéen alentour. L'endroit permet de visiter les Corbières et les plages de la région.
