About this property

This chamming one bedroom, in one of the best locations in Manuel Antonio is hard to beat for value. It has a lovely jungle view with the Pacific in the background. A pool, A/C and minutes walk from the best restaurants in town. Located in the heart of Manuel Antonio, this one bedroom comfortably sleeps two guests. Centrally located close to The National Park and the beaches. You will often see Squirrel, Capuchin and Howler monkeys, a wide array of tropical birds and if you re lucky a sloth or two. The one bedroom is arranged with a kitchen opening onto the dining/living area, the enclosed bedroom has a queen sized bed and bathroom. You have a lovely Jungle views and large sliding windows which open up to allow the breeze in. The Condo is a short walk from a great selection of restaurants, bars, convenience store, Spa and bank. There are excellent bus and taxis services which take you in one direction to the National Park and beaches and in the other to Quepos and the Marina Val Pez.

Amazing view

Perfect location just off the main highway in Manual Antonio! Great restaurants located within walking distance. Super easy access to pool, and pick up location for all excursions.

Rental Not as described.

The A/C was operational in 1 room, only after all other rooms were closed off. This meant there was no AC in the living. And there were no screens on windows so opening them meant LOTS of mosquitos. There were absolutely NO "ocean Views" as stated in ad. The "short walk to great restaurants" was an almost vertical climb up 30+ steep stairs. These factors made this not quite what we were expecting after having been to Manuel Antono multiple times before.

Good Location & easy pickup place for tours

This property is listed as having air conditioning however the air conditioner is in the bedroom (2nd of the two rooms). To get the bedroom cool you have to close the door leading into the front room as well as the bathroom door. We were unable to spend any length of time on the front room as it had slats that are open to the outside. Too hot to sit out there. Therefore, most of our time was spent sitting in the bedroom, also the room where the TV was located. Easy to get to great restaurants all within walking distance. Really enjoyed Cafe Agua Azul (casual atmosphere) and Emilio’s (more business casual atmosphere ). Never got to the pool. No time.

Great Location

This unit is in a great location. We could easily walk to all kinds of restaurants, small store and bank. Great A/C in the bedroom and solid wifi, and we enjoyed the pool in the afternoon when we returned from our adventures. We would stay again.

Hi, we are a Canadian couple living the dream!! We thought of this as a pipe dream that we couldn’t really do....Turns out we can!! After a holiday touring Costa Rica we fell in love with Manuel Antonio and in particular, Jungle Creek! Which is a property with 4 Villas in the Jungle We love the service, attitude and atmospheres created by Jackie (previous Manager) and want to not only continue, but build on for that truly “Home away from Home Vacation” that we experienced and now live!!
Fast forward 6 years we had the opportunity to buy this Condo in the heart of Manuel took it! Can't beat the location!
We both grew up on the prairies in Saskatchewan, Canada and needless to say, we are not going to miss shoveling the sidewalk and scraping the ice off our windshields!
Together we have 6 children who range in age from 27-39 and also 7 grandchildren. We look forward for their yearly visits!!!
We want to welcome all new and past visitors to our beautiful home and Condo in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica!! Come as Guests leave as friends!!!

We've been living in Manuel Antonio for 6 years and absolutely love it here. All the kids have been here several time..... one has decided to make to leap...Our son Corey and his wife decided they wanted to share a condo here with us. What makes this property unique

The View- with the Patio doors open, coffee in the morning, beer in the afternoon or a glass of Wine at sunset....Just WOW!!!
Ocean..Titi, Capuchin, Howler Monkeys...Toucans..Scarlet Macaws!

The location- within a city block there's a 1/2 dozen restaurants, Grocery store, Bank, Gym, Sports Bar. Bus Stop which can take you to town (Quepos) or to the Main beach/National Park.
