Perfect place for a Costa Rican anniversary trip! It felt secluded even though there were neighbors nearby. We enjoyed the complementary local fruit and flowers! And the place was comfortable and well furnished and decorated.
The team did a great job of making sure we felt welcome. The home is very clean and the kitchen is stocked with key items. Really enjoyed the wildlife; squirrel monkeys in the afternoon and the birds. Close to restaurants and transportation.
The place is charming with its wooden ceilings and good luminosity. Great amenities. Curious monkeys and other creatures are often seen around the wrap around porch.
Everything you would expect from a well appointed self contained apartment. Kitchen fully equipped should you need it and the large washing machine and dryer are useful.Large bedroom with nice bathroom.Parking no problem and easy access to garden off patio area.Quepos is very handy and would definitely recommend visiting it.
Everyone involved with this property were absolutely awesome! They took very good care of me , and treated me like gold! Thank you Lee Rob from Canada

Our little jungle hideaway
From the moment we arrived we loved Costa Rica and our apartment at Casa Terraza. Beautiful surroundings and a perfect getaway at the end of the day. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the apartment itself was just perfect for us. Krissia was so helpful and kind. Thanks so much for our unforgettable vacation. We will be back!
We rented apartment and my brothers family rented the house. The house is beautiful and as described as is apartment. Communication was excellent and space was clean. The road to the house was crazy as are all the roads in town. Parking at the house was tricky as the lot was always full and space to navigate is small. The pool and view from house was amazing and one morning monkeys came to visit. Karissa was super helpful and excellent at communicating. I would recommend the property. We had a nice time.

It’s a great apartment for a couple.
The apartment was well located in between Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Well off the main road so there’s minimal road noise on the deck. Clean & comfortable. We enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Perfect Manuel Antonio Getaway
This apartment is great, a tropical feel with superb comfort Everything has been impeccably maintained. . The interior space is inviting, good light, modern bathroom, wonderfully equipped kitchen, couch and chairs, even a little desk for your computer. The outdoor space is ideal, with toucans, monkeys, tropical vegetation right there. What makes the apartment even more special is its location, between town and beach, not part of a big condo development. It has a friendly, efficient housekeeper, gardener, and night guard. In short, it's an ideal spot for a tropical vacation.
