Our host Kent was very helpful along with his concierge Vanessa and the housekeeper Isabel. Everyone went out of their way to make our five day stay exceptional. We saw a lot of wildlife right from our balcony. Toucans, monkeys and lots of iguana. The pool was very refreshing after a day out touring. I recommend the day trip to Santa Juana Mountain. It was the highlight of our visit.
