Tout simplement superbe séjour
Accueil très chaleureux, situation géographique du logement à proximité du métro, et superbe parc à quelques minutes. Le logement est un petit cocon où l'on se sent vite chez soi, propre et très pratique!

Balcon donnant sur un parc arboré.
Parking privé.
Idéal pour 2 personnes, proche du jardin japonais ainsi que du centre ville.

What you see is what you get
Eric Monie, the Landlord, is a truly pleasant gentleman.
His apartment was reasonably priced and every amenity necessary for a short stay was there in good order.
Unusual location in a district of light industry, flats and offices. Peaceful and quiet, 'though.
Faces South West, so the little balcony is sunlit at the end of the day.
We're in our seventies and it is unlikely we will return to Toulouse; with so much of the world yet to see. Were we to do so we would most certainly give Eric a ring.

J'ai été très bien accueilli par Eric qui s'est montré vraiment disponible. Je le recommande sans re
L'appartement d'eric est vraiment bien situé à deux pas du jardin japonais et à 10 min du capitole en velo.
Il est parfaitement équipé et le mobilier est neuf et il est très lumineux.
L'environnement est très calme.

Séjour magnifique
Nous avons résidé la semaine du 16 au 26 décembre 2016 dans le très joliment meublé et très confortable studio d'Eric qui nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. L'appartement est fonctionnel à merveille, très propre, lumineux, et dispose de toutes les commodités pratiques pour passer un agréable séjour.
De plus, il est calme, donne sur un balcon et est très bien situé par rapport au centre ville (15 minutes à pied et le métro se trouve à 5 minutes). Les photos correspondent exactement à la description qui en est faite sur le site. Nous le recommandons chaleureusement et remercions Eric pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité durant notre séjour. Nous reviendrons certainement un jour en été.

Grand studio lumineux dans une résidence sécurisée
Appartement de 35m², rénové avec goût et beaucoup de soin. Bien que situé à l'entresol il est très lumineux, bien exposé et sans vis à vis.
Il dispose d'un parking attenant, sécurisé très appréciable. L'équipement de la location correspond exactement à la description.
L'appartement est très propre et parfaitement entretenue. L'accueil par le propriétaire a été très convivial et celui-ci s'est montré très disponible. Nous recommandons fortement cette location située à quelques pas du Canal du Midi, proche du centre ville soit à pied, soit en bus (arrêt du bus à quelques mètres), soit en métro.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement très calme, aménagé avec goût, aussi beau que fonctionnel. Rien ne manque à l'interieur, sans oublier la place de parking.
La découverte de Toulouse se fait facilement à pied depuis l'appartement.
Un superbe accueil par Eric le propriétaire, qui est très disponible et qui nous a délivré pleins de bons conseils pour notre séjour sur Toulouse.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
