Nestled in Columbus east side, our home sits on half an acre of land amidst a residential locale of long term residents one mile from I-70. It sits back from the street allowing for ample parking and clear passage to and from the road. It is a 1000 sq ft ranch with an open layout in which the living room, dining room, and kitchen are closely shared spaces. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a queen bed with memory foam mattress in the first bedroom, a full bed with a memory foam mattress cover in the second bedroom, and a full sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room. The bathroom and bedrooms are separated from that space by a short hallway for privacy.
The front yard and particularly the backyard offer ample areas for light recreation and relaxation. The backyard includes a patio with a table and chairs to unwind. The backyard grass is a unique, extra soft type that will guests to take off the shoes and socks and enjoy the feel of nature on your soles. Our home is complete with various amenities including a dishwasher and soap, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer with detergent, coffee maker, coffee and creamer, dishes, pots and pans, shampoo and conditioner, a hairdryer, and face, hand, and bath towels. The french back doors and phantom screen are perfect to open to enjoy the view.
The location offers many conveniences. In two different directions, our location is ideally located about 1 mile from I-70 highway. It is a straight shot to Columbus International Airport five miles. It is 5 miles to downtown, 12 miles to The Ohio State University, and an 8 mile straight commute to Easton Town Center mega shopping community. It is also 1.5 mile from the suburb of Bexley, a high-end community with cozy ambiance including many popular restaurants like Starbucks, Chipotle, Piada, Boston Market, Penn Station and Jersey Mike s subs, Panera Bread, as well as other local favorites such as Columbus own Donatos Pizza, Cafe Instabul, Rubino s extra thin crust pizza, Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern, Johnson s and Grater's ice cream shops, and more! The neighborhoods in front and behind our home are quiet and residential. Two blocks behind the house is a small, private high school so guests may hear distant cheers and whistles, and see the tops of field lights of a football game on fall weekends.
We have a camera on the exterior of our home for security purposes. Be assured that this does not compromise the privacy of our guests inside our home.
