The carpet was stained pulling up nails sticking through it trash all over the place stains on the mattresses no bath towels no coffee maker no breakfast as advertised no quilts on the bed broken picture frames broken headboards no pillow cases on the pillows no trash can in the room missing light bulbs in light fixtures remotes that don't work for the television ask for bath towels and sheets multiple times still got none put into a different room that also did not have bath towels the pool was not working the exercise room was not working the breakfast that was advertised as open at 6:30 didn't open till after 8:00 well after the time that I had already had to leave I was there for 9 days and nothing was ever done to improve the situation my card key had to be reprogrammed multiple times during the stay the entire place smelled like bad marijuana a coffee maker was located in the lobby but never had coffee cups available paint spilled stained on the floor there's more but I figured this gives you enough
