Free Parking. One bedroom/one bath Morningside carriage house. Outdoor deck - like being in a treehouse. Walk to parks, shops and restaurants. Near midtown, downtown, Emory, Buckhead. 5 minute walk to Piedmont Park. No parties. No smoking/vaping anywhere on property inside or outside. No firearms. Please respect our neighbors and maintain a quiet outdoor space between 11 pm and 7:30 am. If this is booked on the days you need; you might try "3-room studio on quiet street near Piedmont Park." Just a quick heads-up about something new as of April 2025:
There’s construction happening on the lot next door as a new home is being built. The official work hours are Monday–Saturday, 7am to 7pm. That said, our experience so far has been that they usually start later, finish earlier, and haven't been working on weekends. Thankfully, the noise has been minimal and the activity pretty sporadic—it hasn’t felt disruptive.

We just wanted to be transparent and make sure you’re aware. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns!
