SALT AIR at Seaside Beach is a tastefully restored and cheerfully decorated cottage awaiting your fulfilled trip to the beach. This property is perfect for smaller groups looking for a newer home with great access to the beach and downtown. Located just one house off the beach, you are only a two minute walk to the prom and a fifteen minute walk to Broadway. Recently restored by master craftsmen, guests will enjoy a completely new interior still keeping with a beach theme and many of the classic details from the original builder. All modern conveniences are at your disposal with amenities such as WiFi access, fully equipped kitchen and two flat screen TVs. If you haven’t noticed in the pictures, the slab granite, bead-board paneled walls, gas fireplace and fenced yard are some additional features that make this house really feel like home. The 1,560 square foot home offers a cozy living area with three bedrooms, two baths plus a loft with peek a boo views of the ocean. The loft is a great spot to take in the view, enjoy a morning cup of coffee and check your email. Come stay with us at the beach and enjoy this wonderful cottage. Also keep in mind the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure.
