Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great stay. The house had a ton of room for our family of four. We loved the location. Super close to downtown Dennis, and the beaches. The house is on a busy road, but it is set back, so I wasn’t concerned about the children playing outside. I do wish there was a little bit nicer area to sit outside and enjoy the yard.

Hidden fees

The place was nice. I work for a property management team. I did everything I could without having my cleaning supplies there. I cleaned the grounds. I emptied the house of all trash. Put trash outside. The house certainly did need to be cleaned. But that is a week to week thing. Vacuum. Sanitize I have heard of these companies trying to squeeze extra money out of families. Not that this is happening. A professional has to clean these properties.

Large house in a little yard

Beautiful house, small yard with residents on both sides. One resident very nosey and very involved. Took away from being able to enjoy the house as you could.. Beaches are close but fill up quickly.. would of been nice to entertain back at house but couldn’t too much..
