Welcome to Grand Cove Retreat

This two story home will provide you with all that you are looking for…Water views, a quiet street, and all the comforts of a true Cape Cod Vacation Home. The home offers an open main floor living, dining, and kitchen area, along with cathedral ceilings. Slider doors off the dining area take you to a large deck, with views of Grand Cove. The deck steps take you down to a large lawn, great for kicking a soccer ball or playing lawn games. The home has one bedroom on the main floor (with attached bathroom), along with a half bathroom off the hallway. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms, and another bathroom. All bedrooms have AC, along with the living room. A washer and dryer is located in the first floor bathroom, providing a convenient laundry solution. This will be a home you will want to come back to year after year!

There is a path down to Grand Cove at the end of the street, which is shared with other properties on the street. Perfect for putting in a kayak or enjoying sunsets!

Great week with famiky

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very clean and spacious. 2 1/2 baths came in very handy. Love the house and the neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet. I look forward to seeing availability again for next year.
