Disappointing rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Please refer to written comments addressed to Robin on our departure.Thanks to Robin for taking care of the immediate problems. Worst rentalwe have experienced. A closer inspection of rental property is needed. Upstairsbeds were in terrible condition.

Great vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is in a great neighborhood. Perfect for my young children to ride their bicycles around without me having to worry. Easy walk to the beach. The house is fully equipped and has a nice layout. The second floor is extremely hot - feels like an attic. There is central air conditioning, but it just doesn't cool the second floor down to a comfortable level. The mattresses could use to be updated. All in all it was a great second summer in this house and we look forward to another summer there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was conveniently located close to the beach and was in a beautiful neighborhood. It was clean and and well kept and had enough room for our family and friends. Some of the bathroom fixtures constantly fell apart, had issues with some of the bedroom windows, the downstairs bathroom door jammed often, and some of the bedroom comforters were stained. However, we had a great time and would highly recommend.
