Great place to stay! Excellent location for coffee shops, restaurants, and the most beautiful of Cape Cod beaches - Corporation and Mayflower! House is very up to date and had everything we needed. Lots of space and room to move. Loved that we had 3 complete bathrooms! This is a spot to return to!

The house was great, spacious and clean. We were slightly disappointed in the back yard, the deck could use some care & it gets muddy out there when you're trying to rinse off from the beach so as not to get sand in the house. The only other thing we can suggest is to add exhaust fans in the bathrooms, it gets steamy and the bathroom with the dryer gets super hot, making it unbearable to use that space when the dryer is on.We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach & to many of the attractions in the area.

Spacious great for kids to play and has fenced in yard for pets. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms with laundry which is helpful. It is attached to part of the restaurant, so parking is tight but doable. Less than a mile to corporation beach. Kitchen stocked with all the supplies you need! We would definitely come back and stay again.

4PM check in and 9AM check in are a little late/early for us, but we made it work. Accommodations were clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Could have used another kitchen chair though (there are 7). Fan from the restaurant next door blows restaurant smell into the main bedroom (sometimes good, sometimes not so good). Great location, good amenities, well equipped. Thanks.

The house offers a great location, cleanliness, and comprehensive amenities, with excellent property management communication. However, its proximity to a restaurant introduces noise and odors, particularly affecting the master bedroom, which could be a significant drawback for light sleepers or those sensitive to smells. If the noise and odor issues are manageable for you, this could still be a solid choice.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the home’s location, cleanliness, amenities, and my communication. I appreciate you noting the proximity to The Pheasant as well. As mentioned in the listing, the home is located next to the restaurant and shares a driveway with its service entrance, which many guests enjoy for the convenience of walkable dining and access to a well-known local spot. I understand, however, that this may not be ideal for those more sensitive to noise or odors. Thank you again for sharing your experience—I’m glad the home was otherwise a solid fit for your stay. Best, Jacqui @ Del Mar
