About this property

Beautiful, bright, condominium with a shared-private beach. Unit was built 5 years ago and shows its young age! From the moment you walk in the door, you will know special attention has been given to ensure you have a memorable stay. A cozy bedroom with queen bed and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa (new for 2024) in the living room will ensure restful sleep. Air conditioners in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. Two full bathrooms, one off the kitchen and one in the bedroom.

Please note: pool and hot tub on property will not be available for the 2024 season. No outside shower available at this property and no oven. Gas cook top only.

Special Note for Spring and Fall stays: Opening and closing of outside shower is weather dependent. Please contact for details.

Great stay

Cute & Clean!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really cute and clean little condo. Modern and bright. Two full baths is great for getting ready to go out. Bed was comfy and mattress felt new. Price was reasonable (off season). Only thing I wish I had brought was a fan. The unit had AC but it was Sept and we wanted the windows open but just didn’t get much breeze. We loved it here! Can’t tell you how many times during the week we said, “I wish I owned this!”

Cape stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice but last nite of stay one of the dining chairs broke and my wrist and arm were injured. It appeared that screws were missing where legs attached to seat of chair. Also owner of condo has stored doors under the bed and there was no bed skirt so could be easily seen from living room and bedroom.
