The house was ok , only 1 full bathrooms even if 2 listed , communicating wasn’t easy

When we arrived they were doing some work in the basement, the listing stated 2 bathrooms but it was only 1 full bathroom and a 1/2 bath , tried to communicate about it with the owner but he didn’t want to hear anything about it saying I didn’t understand what a 1/2 bath was , communication was not easy.
