Nice, quiet location. Walking paths in the back, mini putts in the backyard if you like to golf. Kitchette has full sized fridge with freezer, which was nice. Owner always answered questions within a few minutes.

No challenges with accepting a service dog. Helpful greeting upon arrival. Nice walking path behind the house. Only minimal challenge was the auto lock on the door and the mat catching when it opens.
