The host was very quick to reply to any and all messages. Check in was smooth, especially with our late arrival. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean & comfortable. The location was excellent. Convenient location to stores, downtown, Banff & coffee! My father's 1st rental for vacation & he was impressed & loved it! Couldn't ask for anything more!
