Minutes from downtown, Chinook mall, Heritage Park and the Glenmore Resevoir, the central location can’t be beat.

Take a stroll on tree-lined streets, rest on quality mattresses & linens and let the kids run around the giant backyard while you dine, chat or connect in 3 different outdoor lounge areas. The yard is huge, fully fenced and private.

You’ll greet the days feeling rested and refreshed. Coffee lovers rejoice! We’ve got you covered: Choose between Keurig, Nespresso, French press or a classic drip, all stocked with grounds and pods to get you started. The cozy living room has 2 sofas, perfect for movie/game night. We sprung for the fastest wifi available to support multiple devices.

Fairview is an inner city hipster neighbourhood with tons of charm. Just steps to the local pub (great pizza & wings!) & bowling alley. Down the hill is a large shopping plaza with Ikea, Costco, Walmart, asian supermarket and tons more. Spruce Meadows is a 20 min drive. The house is perfectly located for a tour of local craft breweries, a shopping day or an off leash walk with the dog. Enjoy!

Really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean with all of the amenities one would expect. Yard was good for our dogs, but the prize was the proximity to the Sue Higgins off-leash park (the biggest I have ever seen) located a short drive away.

We loved everything about this place, especially the neighborhood. Fairly central with great restaurants, craft brewery, and farmers market within walking or short driving distance. The house was clean and cozy with so much room inside and out. Highly recommend for families with or without pets.

Some of my favourite things to do are cycling around the reservoir and trying out local eateries and coffee shops. I love all things design, renovation, gardening and music. Animals also play a big part in my life. With a dog of my own, a 12 year old son and a revolving door of foster rescue cats it keeps life interesting!

Why they chose this property

My goal was to make this property a cozy oasis for guests. I love the animals in my life so I have made this home open to pets if needed. It is a trendy yet traditional home very centrally located in Calgary.

What makes this property unique

This neighbour is a wonderful mix of new young families and original owner seniors. The streets are tree lined and there is a park perfect for soccer or football just steps away. I also love how close it is to all kinds of shopping.
