The apartments are located 500m away. from Mondello beach, a well-known seaside resort about 9 km from the center of Palermo, in a very quiet residential area with all the main services in the immediate vicinity.

Ideal property

Property is in a residential area at opposite end of the bay to the majority of restaurants however all walking distance approx 20 minutes walk. Great property, 3 terraces with loungers and furniture. Small supermarket and bakery on your doorstep. Not a great deal of local information in the apartment which would have been helpful. We had a lovely time.

Der vermieter hat uns sehr nett empfangen und auch gleich mit Tipps versorgt. Die Wohnung ist schön und alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Toll ist, dass sie 3 große Terrassen hat. Der Strand ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Und hat es gut gefallen.

Séjour agréable

L'appartement est bien situé, propre et les différentes terrasses sont très appréciables le soir. L'immeuble est sécurisé. En revanche, on voit que le propriétaire (même si sympathique) fait çà pour du rendement touristique, et çà perd beaucoup du charme des vacances.

Wunderbare Wohnung, tolle Lage!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Von den Terrassen hat man eine tolle Aussicht, teilweise sogar bis zum Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke, der Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Enrico ist sehr nett und hilfreich - jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können den Urlaub bei ihm uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen :)
