Fabulous location, charming apartment

Dario is a most excellent host, super nice and very helpful. The apartment has wonderful mountain and water views, a small balcony, A/C, and a short block from the water. Mondello is a great base for exploring the Palermo area. I highly recommend visiting Segesta and beautiful sand beaches on this northwest coast.

Big apartment in super location

This is a great place to stay in Mondello. Nice big apartment with very comfortable beds. It is basic but has what you need. Host Dario was great and available if needed. The flight of stairs to reach the apartment is steep.

Kleines schönes Apartment

Die Lage ist sehr gut. 2 Gehminuten vom Meer und man ist in einer etwas ruhigeren Straße aber trotzdem in 2 Minuten am großen Piazza wo es Rund geht! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wurde regelmäßig geputzt und auch die Handtücher wurden regelmäßig gewechselt. Die "Küche" ist leider nur ein Herd mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank und etwas mangelhaft ausgestattet (kein richtiges Messer). Das ist jedoch aucg auf den Bildern vorab ersichtlich. Der Balkon ist jedoch nicht so gross wie auf dem Bild, aber trotzdem ganz nett, sogar mit Sicht aufs Meer und die Berge. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit! Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

This is right in the center of town close to the beach and the restaurants but down a quiet street! THe hosts are amazing

Sizilien ohne Auto

Die Wohnung ist ein sehr guter Ort, im Zentrum von Mondello, nahe dem Hauptplatz , Geschäfte, Restaurants, Strände. Nähe gibt es einen Bus nach Palermo, die in die Hauptstadt regelmäßige Verbindungen gewährleistet , und von dort in Bussen und Bahnen im ganzen Land. Wir haben es für unsere Ausflüge nach Sizilien voll ausgeschöpft. Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber, obwohl die Küche ist sehr klein, aber den Zweck erfüllt. Es hat auch einen Balkon, auf dem am Morgen und am Abend zu sitzen. Wohnungseigentümer sind unglaublich nette Leute in alle halfen uns, für die sie danken Ihnen sehr. Somit ist die Ferien der perfekte Service - wärmstens empfehlen .... :)

location à recommander

Appartement bien équipé, moderne, propre. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, souriants, disponibles. L'appartement est bien situé dans Mondelo, très proche de la grande place avec les restaurants, l'animation, les bus pour Palerme et les environs, mais un peu en retrait, le protégeant du bruit. La période choisie , mai-juin, idéale pour la météo et pour la fréquentation.

appartamento secondo le aspettative. Pulito accogliente e comodo per il centro paese. contro : scala scomoda x chi ha molti bagagli, manca un forno in cucina e posteggiare è un dramma. Accoglienza ottima proprietari gentilissimi.

Grazie per la recensione più che positiva e il giudizio personale. Sfortunatamente per problemi tecnici improvvisi il forno non è stato disponibile dal primo giorno. E' stato messo a disposizione subito dopo, appena richiesto. Certo via via che si avvicina il periodo estivo il posteggio diventa più problematico nelle vie interne al paese. Si può ovviare utilizzando i parcheggi pubblici appena fuori dal paese. Ospiti molto cordiali. Ho trovato l'appartamento alla fine del soggiorno veramente in ottime condizioni. Ottimi viaggiatori.

Des propriétaires super sympas qui se plient en quatre pour résoudre tous les problèmes, un appart nickel, au calme quand les fenêtre sont fermées, mais à 3 minutes de la plage et encore moins des commerces et des restos. Le bus pour Palerme s'arrête à 20 mètres, et pour ceux qui préfèrent les petites plages aux grandes plages touristiques, il y a une crique à 10 minutes à pieds dans une réserve naturelle. Attention en ce qui concerne les photos, la terrasse est pour l'appartement pour 3
