studio classified 3 stars by the firm IN AURIS, located in the countryside between the Mediterranean and the Gorges du Verdon, quiet, fully equipped, new, rentable for two nights minimum, see seasons and by the week only from mid June to mid September with access to the swimming pool from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for tenants with possible schedule arrangements according to our timetable, private patio with garden furniture and barbecue, pets not allowed, free parking in the property which is fenced, automatic gate, possibilities with supplement breakfasts available in the studio with organic products, organic seasonal vegetables from our vegetable garden and eggs from our chickens, town center with all shops at 3 kms, picturesque villages nearby: Villecroze, Tourtour, Entrecasteaux, Cotignac, ste lake Croix, Gorges du Verdon, Quinson 40 minutes away: its museum of prehistory and a superb easy walk very well signposted on the edge of the Gorges du Verdo n, possibilities to fish, picnic and bathe, magnificent. For hikes: we can give you lots of advice and information on many nearby sites. PS: this studio is the only rental of the owners. so you will be quiet. Arrival 5 p.m., departure 10 a.m. For stays of more than two nights, a variable deposit (in cash) depending on the length of stay will be requested at the start and returned at the end if the outgoing inventory is conclusive. We are less than a kilometer from the Eurovélo cycle path (network of European cycle routes), the old train line for the train des pignes, two bikes (vtc) are available for free.

Small but fully equiped delicious place to relax and unwind!

The gîte is small but well maintained, clean and fully equiped with all comfirt including airco. The pool area is spectacular and larger than the pictures show! The car can be parked safely on the terrain with own access to the electric gate. The owners are very friendly, helpfull and very respectfull of the privacy of the guests! We had a great time!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. Le gîte est très bien pensé, bien optimisé, et rien ne manque. Et surtout on est au calme ! Les propriétaires sont soucieux de votre bien-être ont des conseils à donner pour visiter la région (proximité des gorges du Verdon notamment). Je suis ravie !

Petite maison mitoyenne pour 2 dans laquelle il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Le jardin est très joli. La piscine est belle et grande. L’environnement est magnifique et que dire des propriétaires qui sont absolument charmants, accueillants et qui s’attachent à vous indiquer les meilleurs coins pour se balader ou pour manger. J’y retournerai avec énormément de plaisir.

Magnifique !!!

Les propriétaires sont très avenants et accueillants. Le logement est impeccable ,propre, soigné et très bien équipé. Il dispose également de salons de jardin à l'avant et à l'arrière du bâtiment au calme. Il y à un stationnement privatif ombragé. La piscine est superbe et bien meublée, le calme règne dans cette propriété arborée, et fleurie avec beaucoup de goût, c'est précisément ce que nous recherchions. Location très calme avec une belle piscine très agréable

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le Verdon et les jolis villages environnants (hôte plein de bons conseils pour les balades et les visites). Nous avons également trouvé de bonnes tables et sommes allés jusqu'en bord de mer qui finalement n'est pas très loin. Un séjour bien agréable. Quelques moustiques sur la période cette fois (prévoir protection) mais pas de quoi gâcher nos vacances...

Notre séjour dans le gîte de Jean-Pierre et Émilia s'est passé à merveille... Nous recherchions le calme, la tranquillité, et surtout l'intimité, et nous les avons trouvé. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette location. Tout est réuni pour un séjour réussi. Location parfaite pour 2 personnes : Au calme, logement propre et très bien équipé, bonne literie, climatisation efficace, 2 "terrasses" pour manger et se poser à l'extérieur, piscine superbe, très bien entretenue, avec transat à dispo. Location très bien située pour découvrir la région, en voiture (multiples villages typiques aux alentours), ou à pied (randos possibles si pas trop chaud ...) Et pour rendre ce séjour encore plus réussi, les conseils avisés de Jean Pierre pour, les randos, les lieux et villages à découvrir, les producteurs locaux, ou tout autres sujets ! Super séjour, merci aux propriétaires !

Un très beau séjour dans un gîte exceptionnel où on ne manque de rien

Un gîte vraiment magnifique dans un cadre calme et aménagé avec soin tant à l intérieur qu à l extérieur. Vous avez vraiment tout dans le logement. On ne manque de rien. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils, de très bons conseils et toujours disponible si besoin. C est un lieu calme où vous avez de beaux sites à voir tout autour du gîte. Cadre magnifique. Très belle région. Je conseille vraiment ce gîte pour vos vacances. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leurs conseils. A bientôt peut-être

Agréable séjour au calme !

L'hôte est de bons conseils. Les équipements sont parfaits. La piscine est très bien entretenue. Les environs a découvrir ! Tout ça sous le soleil magnifique connu du sud. Juste un petit bémol pour la région, Wifi et 4G aléatoire...

Fijn huisje op mooie rustige locatie

Heerlijk plek om tot rust te komen. Huisje voorzien van alle gemakken. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Omgeving mooi. Leuke dorpjes, fantastische Gorges du Verdon, uurtje van zee en 30 min naar Lac de St-Croix .
