Charming small gite restored, ideal for 2 adults, in the heart of the castles of the Loire in 15 mn of Chenonceau and Amboise (37), close to the zoo park of BEAUVAL in Region Center Val de Loire.
At the RC, fully equipped new kitchen includes oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dryer including raclette and fondue and all the cooking utensils.
Upstairs, a large room with bed 140 and private toilet, a living room on the landing with sofa bed 140 extra bed for child (ren)
and bathroom (shower, sink, towel rail and toilet).
Free Internet access.
Peaceful place with forest view. Very well located for many activities in the area without forgetting the Futuroscope of Poitiers (86) at one hour (A85).
This ideal peaceful location is a base for visiting the most beautiful Castles of Touraine, 15 minutes from Chaumont sur Loire (International Garden Festival), 25 minutes from Chambord, Blois, Cheverny, Loches, etc .. and Montrichard to Cher River with its beach park and swimming pool (8 Kms).
In the park, you will find a pond for fishing and a petanque court for amateurs.
Deckchairs await you for relaxation in nature in a very quiet place.
Terrace with garden furniture and plancha.
Closed courtyard with motorized gate and intercom.
Possibility of parking in front of the house.
The obligatory cleaning service: 60 €.
Bed linen and towels can be provided on request at a surcharge.

We really enjoyed our two week stay at Le Tremblay. It is so well situated for visiting all the Loire Chateaux. It has a wonderful and peaceful setting with lovely grounds. We enjoyed our evening French bread, cheese and wine, watching the hot air balloons in the distance.The gîte had everything we needed for a comfortable two week stay.Annick was fantastic; very welcoming and even though we do not speak French, we had no problems at all.

Le gîte est conforme à la description sur Abritel, propre, avec le tout confort nécessaire à notre séjour, au calme avec la compagne environnante et surtout bien situé géographiquement pour effectuer la visite des châteaux de Chaumont sur Loire, Chambord, Chenonceau, Cheverny, Amboise,... Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé une semaine à la fois reposante et riche en découvertes de la région. Nous recommandons ce gîte. Wer sich nach einer Fahrradtour an der Loire oder einer weiteren Schlossbesichtigung erholen will, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir werden das allabendliche Quaken der Kröten und Frösche im nahen Teich sehr vermissen!

Gite impeccable et tres bien equipé et idéalement situé pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire et du cher. Situation calme. Seul bémol la mitoyenneté avec l'autre gite et l'isolation phonique entre les deux à l'étage. Propriétaires charmants et généreux. Nous recommandons.
