The accommodation: 55m² duplex loft studio with its own entrance. Bright, quiet, comfortable with garden views. Modern furniture, equipped with seasonal rental, on a 3000 m² garden with trees. Separate entrance, great amenities, private parking, 24 hour access. Internet via wifi.

Location: 50 km south of Paris via the A6, Milly la Forêt is a typical tourist village in the heart of the French Gâtinais natural park. Surrounded by forests, near Fontainebleau and Barbizon, 2 steps from many sites of interest, forest trails and the famous climbing rocks!

Comfort: 2 sleeping areas in an alcove with large beds (160 & 140) + folding baby bed. TV lounge, beautiful convertible sofa, Scandinavian style furniture. Open dining area. New fitted kitchen, appliances (oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, induction hob, extractor hood, etc.), dishes + many utensils.

Approval: large bathroom, separate WC. Access to the garden and the river. Mulberry plane tree to shade your meals, table tennis table, seats and deckchairs, BBQ…

Supplies: household linen (sheets, pillows, quilts), beds prepared on arrival. Option: sheets and duvet available for the convertible. Bath and toilet towels, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, detergent, hangers, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher ...

Magnifique!

Wir haben uns in der sehr schönen und zweckmäßig eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Gartensitzplatz und die ruhige Umgebung hat uns sehr gefallen. Ins Zentrum von Milly beziehungsweise zur nächsten Bäckerei waren es zu Fuss nur ein paar Minuten. Patrick ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter. Wenn man etwas braucht, bekommt man schnell hilfreiche Unterstützung, ansonsten hat man seine Privatsphäre.

Lovely little loft in Milly

A great modern loft in the beautiful village of Milly. Patrick was very communicative and the flat is well located a short walk from bars, restaurants and the local bakery. It’s a studio loft with a double in the main open area and a small double in a side area. We were 4 friends sharing, so this worked for us. Everything you need in the kitchen, an incredible shower and a lovely table in the garden to enjoy lunch in the lovely warm weather.

Excellent séjour à Milly la Forêt, qui m'a permis de me ressourcer...grâce à l'aimable et attentif accueil réservé par nos hôtes. La quiétude et la sérénité ambiants y ont été pour beaucoup, ainsi que l'équipement complet du logement. Grand merci à vous...Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir... Amazing domicile in breathtakin surroundings!

Patrick and his family did a great job hosting our group. All of them are very open and friendly people. The house is very clean, orderly and also very pretty. The main purpose of our stay was bouldering which we could do to our heart's content all the while looking forward to relaxing at Patrick's place after a demanding day out. We are definitely looking forward to visiting Patrick and his family again!

The apartment is beautiful and very clean. Very nice and beautifull loft near the city center of Milly. Perfect communication with Patrick, who was totally helpful and flexible for everything needed! The apartment was just as pictured! Overall a fantastic place that I would definitely recommend to all! Very nice and beautifull loft near the city center of Milly No issues with late night noise. Well priced and perfectly suited for couples or friends traveling together. We felt appreciated as guests and left with a very good feeling about our stay. Hola , con respecto a nuestra estancia en la propiedad ha sido todo muy bien ! Las fotos que muestra el Sr. Patrick es todo igual. La casa es muy acogedora y muy bonita . Indbydende bolig, med perfekt vært, tæt på Paris

Ved ankomsten blev vi mødt og vist rundt af den meget sympatiske og servicemindede vært Patrick. Vi følte os derfor meget hurtigt hjemme og komfortabel. Boligen indeholder alt hvad man kunne have brug for og fremstår meget velindrettet og indbydende. Boligen ligger meget tæt på centrum af Milly-la-foret, der er en lille hyggelig by med restauranter og specialbutikker. Vi var både i Paris, Disneyland og Versailles inden for 1 til 1,5 time. Der er også flere lokale seværdigheder. Vores lokale favorit, var et skovområde, 5-10 minutters kørsel fra boligen, der engang har været havbund og hvor der er en lille ørken og store klippesten, man kan klatre på. Patrick var, på perfekt engelsk, meget hjælpsom i forhold til planlægningen af vores udflugter og gav os et rigtig fint overblik over de muligheder for seværdigheder der er i området. Alt i alt en anbefalelsesværdig feriebolig og min kone, to børn på 5. år og 7. år og jeg har virkelig nydt opholdet.

Fantastic accommodation. Very clean!

Me and my friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we hope to be back in a few months. The apartment is very clean and has a fully stocked kitchen. There are gardens you can sit in outside too, and parking both on the street and the driveway. Within walking distance of the G20 supermarket (10 mins I'd say). Also Patrick (the owner) is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Logement agréable mais qui manque d intimité pour 2 couples. Une chambre cloisonnée seulement et un grand lit dans le salon. Nécessite d' avoir une voiture car il n' y a pas de gare dans la ville. Logement calme et bien équipé .
