#407 is a fourth floor two bedroom unit with an ensuite master bedroom with a king bed. The guest bedroom features a split king bed. The kitchen and both bathrooms have been upgraded and the living area is a perfect place to gather and cozy up to a fire. Outside the living area is a balcony with seating.

Just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Walking distance to downtown, and on the free bus route. We are just three blocks from Aspen Gondola!

Great location, reasonable price

Super clean and ideally located. Check in was easy and the condo was true to form in how it was represented on line. Plan to stay here every time I come to Aspen.

Very good experience

The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is very clean and well maintain. Location is excellent but still in a quiet area. We were very pleased with our stay
