peaceful, quiet and romantic, on the edge of the Rhone and the Loire. 10 minutes from the A89.
very warm house on closed ground of 500m2, dogs allowed. A mixture of old with contemporary decor, spacious with lots of charm and character. Functional and comfortable.
Baby foot home.
Living room with fireplace, sofa and 2 armchairs.
tv hi fi lounge with chaise sofa, small library.
Office: ADSL
Mezzanine bedroom, 160 bed
.lit BZ 14 bultex in the TV lounge, an extra 80cms bultex mattress can be added.

2 kms from the village butcher, grocery store, tobacco bars.
Nearby activities: tennis, swimming, equestrian center, pedestrian and biking paths all around. Lake of the Pines at 18 kms with its natural swimming pool.(Largest in Europe) Ski and snowshoe Chalmazel 1 hour
To visit: Lyon 40 minutes. The medieval villages, museums, near the Roanne coast.
Other remarks
The house has 3 levels, The rental includes the entire ground floor, as well as the land. An independent entrance allows an existing tenant to return home. It is discreet, when present .. because a room at the 3rd level.

Schönes Haus in idyllischer Umgebung

Es ist ein sehr schönes und geräumiges Ferienhaus mit bequemen Möbeln und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Im Garten hat sich unser Hund wohl gefühlt. Allerdings darf der Hund nicht auf das Zwischengeschoss, wo der Fernseher steht ( für uns war das kein Problem, da wir nur draußen gesessen haben). Aber für Menschen, die gern beim Fernsehen mit ihrem Hund zusammen sind, ist es nicht optimal, zumal die mögliche Absperrung kein Hindernis darstellt. Ein Manko sind die vollen Schränke, so dass wir die Sachen auf die Erde packen mussten und ein weiteres, dass wir jeden Morgen vom lauten Knarren der Dielen geweckt wurden. Der im Hause wohnende Mieter war sehr nett, aber verständlicherweise muss er ja in seiner Wohnung herumlaufen und das Haus ist sehr hellhörig.

Sehr schönes individuelles Haus. Ruhige Lage

Das Haus ist genau so, wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben wird. Es war alles vorhanden, was zu einem Haushalt gehört. Selbst der Kühlschrank war passend gefüllt. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war zeitnah und sehr freundlich. Wer ländliche Ruhe mag, kann hier sehr gut entspannen. Wir können dieses Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin!!! Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön im Grünen. Die Zeit war sehr erholsam und entschleunigend. Für Gäste bis zu 2 Personen perfekt aber auch mit Einschränkgung (durch die offene Gestaltung) für 4 Personen machbar. Der Garten ist gepflegt und eingezäunt, so dass sich auch unser Hund wohlfühlte. Der Knaller war der Tischkicker ..... Vielen Dank, wir werden es weiterempfehlen.
