About this property

This newly renovated town home is located in the heart of Port Royal. You are in walking distance to the wonderful restaurants, Sands beach, shopping, boat ramp and all other things Port Royal has to offer. Sit on your porch and watch the many festivals and concerts Port Royal hosts throughout the year. It is also just a stones throw away from Parris Island and Beaufort. We proudly welcome graduates and their families!

This home is bright and cheery and offers 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It will sleep 6. One bedroom offers a Queen bed, the other offers 2 Twin beds and a sleeper sofa in living room. The kitchen is well stocked for all your kitchen needs. It also comes with a washer and dryer.

Bring your kayak, fishing pole, and bike along with you. The nearby waters are perfect for activities and biking is one of the most fun ways to tour the town and admire the moss-draped trees.

The Sands beach on Port Royal Sound, perfect for sunbathing, swimming and picnics and is a short walk (you may drive on this beach as well). You are likely to see dolphins swimming and an abundance of wildlife. There you can walk along the boardwalk and climb the 4 story observation deck for the best views Beaufort has to offer. The Sands also features a free boat launch and world class fishing in the Battery Creek tidal river.

Clean place

The property was comfortable and very clean. The beds were cozy and linens smelled great. The location was convenient to downtown, coffee shops, restaurants, and the amazing rookery in the middle of town, and an easy drive to the beach on hunting Island. Well stocked kitchen, but a few things were not as advertised. There was no soap or shampoo in the shower, and there was a note on the washing machine that said it was broken (I had planned on being able to do laundry during our visit). I wrote a few messages to the owner during our stay but did not receive a reply until four days later (after we returned home). So we did not receive any communication during our stay. If there was better communication, a remedy to the washing machine situation, and all the amenities that were advertised were available, I would give five stars all around. Again, it was a very clean, nicely decorated and sweet place to stay. We lived the area!

Great stay over the holidays

We had a lovely stay here. Everything was clean and cheery, and the location was great! They were also very flexible with the checkout time and we really appreciated it :)

Nice property

Cute property, clean, but could use new carpet or flooring upstairs. There is a nice nature area close to the property and you can look for shark teeth on the beach, just minutes from the property. It is located approximately 50 minutes from Hilton Head.

Close to my Marine

This was absolutely a lovely home and it made our trip to pick up our new Marine so much more comfortable than in a cramped hotel. It was convenient to everything and most especially the base.
