30 NIGHTS MINIMUM. Subletting fully furnished, well decorated 3+ bedrooms colonial house. Professionally landscaped private backyard with large deck and HOT TUB, tiled patio, designer's garden. Close to the Napa and Sonoma Valley wine country. Eat-in kitchen fully equipped with all appliances. Large living room with fireplace and half bathroom downstairs, a loft room plus three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs. Close to ample shopping, 4 supermarkets, 2 department stores, international restaurants, health care facilities, a hospital, post office, tennis courts, gym and easy access to US 101. Just 45 minutes from downtown San Francisco.

Enjoy historical Petaluma downtown with art galleries, national and international cuisine, boutique gift shops, department stores, and supermarkets.

Rental is for a minimum of 30 nights. 10% discount for 60-night rentals.

Great house but incredibly horrible TV situation for Pandemic!

The listing says there is only Roku TV but I had no idea how bad Roku is. It is not TV. We had no consistent TV for this whole pandemic. We could not watch MSNBC ever and CNN was available only at times, and only after signing in over and over to our own cable company. It would sign us out constantly. Because the news has become so important and grave, not having a real TV made this stay a daily bummer actually. I would certainly not choose this house again. The owner seemed very nice, however he was in the Dominican Republic the whole time and did not know how to help us. For almost $5000 for the month, no TV seems kind of ridiculous in a house that is not isolated in the country but right in the middle of a suburban neighborhood.

Beautiful backyard & spa

Spacious home in a good neighborhood near a park. Comfortable beds, modern appliances & an amazing backyard with nice furniture & spa. Owners were very responsive even though they were out of the country. Rating would have been a "5" except for two things: Some confusion on cleaning at the start of our 5-week stay (which owners compensated for). Kitchen was missing some items (for those who want to cook) & house overall was sparsely furnished compared with our other VRBO experiences. We would stay here again.

Hemu and her husband, Yash, lived in New York for over 45 years but now live in Petaluma, Ca. Yash is a scientist and Hemu is an artist. Now retired from their professional career and spend some time in the Caribbean.

They purchased this lovely property on the doorstep of the wine country of Napa Valley. This property is available each year as shown on the calendar for rent.

It is modern, well furnished with all the comfort of home. The lovely private backyard has a beautiful garden done professionally. It has HOTTUB and an enormous deck and bar-b-que.

What makes this property unique

Just at a short distance, there is a huge wine country of California. Also, there are lots of art galleries in Petaluma, Santa Rosa and Sebastopol all nearby.

It's located conveniently near Route 101 and only 35 minutes to the Golden Gate Bridge.
