Wonderful!

The property is absolutely beautiful! The view of the sea is amazing, the garden with the pool is pretty and there is everything you need to relax outside. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a great outdoor fireplace for grilling… We loved our stay!

Ein tolles Haus am Meer mit klitzekleinen Makeln

Wir waren Im Juli 22 in diesem wundervollen Haus. Bei allen Fragen, waren die Vermieter über WhatsApp erreichbar. Die Lage vom Haus ist unbezahlbar. Weit abseits vom Massentourismus. Lediglich 2 Nachbarn und ein Hotel befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vom Hotel hört man gelegentlich die Animation. Der Salzwasserpool ist 1,50m tief und sauber. Es fehlt eine Stufe der Leiter, um aus dem Wasser zu gelangen. Das Grundstück ist naturbelassen. Lediglich etwas Pflege schadet an der ein oder anderen Stelle nicht. Um den Pool herum wächst Unkraut, ein Busch mit Dornen wächst in den Pool. Das wäre mir ein paar Handgriffen schnell erledigt. Die Liegen sind teils angebrochen , Auflagen gab es nicht. Auch Strandtücher haben wir vermisst und dazu gekauft. ( in der 2. Woche hat uns die total nette Reinigungskraft dann noch 3 Strandtücher da gelassen) Der Weg zum Strand ist abenteuerlich aber machbar. Für Menschen die nicht mehr so mobil sind aber etwas gefährlich.Vielleicht hilft hier ein Geländer, beim unteren Teil hat man damit schon begonnen. Der Strand selbst ist traumhaft. Man ist fast für sich allein und das Wasser ist klar und ohne großen Wellengang. Das Haus selbst ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Im Haus befinden sich 3 große Betten verteilt auf 3 Schlafräume. Eins ist im Obergeschoss ( nur durch eine Wechseltreppe erreichbar) und 2 im Erdgeschoss. Leider sind die Matratzen richtig schlecht. Ein Schlafraum im EG verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, der andere Schlafraum hat einen Ventilator. Im Wohnbereich sind 2 Klimaanlagen, im OG auch wieder Ventilatoren. Da das OG kein abgeschlossener Raum ist, sondern lediglich durch einen Sichtschutz vom Wohnraum getrennt ist , zieht da noch etwas die Luft der Klimaanlage von unten hoch. Es gibt WLAN , welches aber oft sehr schwach ist. Die Küche ist einfach aber gut ausgestattet.Der Kühlschrank ist groß inkl. großen Eisfach. Die Bäder sind einfach aber ausreichend. Die untere Dusche im EG ist etwas eng. Es gibt im OG eine Toilette und eine Dusche. Einmal in der Woche kommt eine Reinigungskraft. Sie war sehr gründlich. Es gab neue Handtücher und Bettbezug. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zu genüge in 13km Entfernung. Ein Auto ist hier ein Muss! Kleinere Städte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, Sizilien pur! Nicht zu vergessen sind die Haustiere. Hier gibt es aktuell eine Katzenmama mit ihrem Jungen. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Una villetta con charme in mezzo alla natura

Uno dei proprietari é venuto a prenderci a Castelvetrano e ci ha accompagnato alla villetta che si trova in una posizione abbastanza isolata in una riserva naturale. La vista sul mare é incantevole, pure di notte. La spiaggia che si raggiunge a piedi direttamente dalla villetta non é attrezzata ma comunque pulita, poco frequentata e si presta a lunghe passeggiate. I proprietari erano sempre disponibili e ci hanno dato utili consigli per le nostre gite. La villetta é degli anni 50, ma tenuta molto bene. Dispone di aria condizionata,lavatrice, barbecue, piscina, diversi lettini e sdrai e zona relax all‘ombra ed ha un suo fascino tutto particolare. La villetta é ideale per chi vuole passare una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante.

Avete presente le case sul mare degli scrittori nei film americani? Che ogni volta che ne vediamo una pensiamo" come vorrei vivere qui?" Ecco ,la casa di stefano sulla spiaggia e' cosi...un piccolo gioiello sulla costa siciliana.pace e relax garantiti.e un impagabile tratto di spiaggia davanti senza il caos e la folla che popola tutte le spiagge italiane in agosto.vacanze bellissime.le consiglio anche a chi viaggia con un cagnolino al seguito.io sono partita con i miei 2 cagnolini e non li ho mai visti cosi' felici come in questa casetta.spero di tornarci presto grazie stefano e roberto della bellissima ospitalita'
