Alleins is a peaceful Provencal village in which to stroll near the fountains or in the shaded streets. It is located at the foot of a lovely hill and overlooks the Durance valley, facing the Luberon. Near the Alpilles and 2 minutes from the International Golf of Pont Royal.

THE HOUSE

We offer a contemporary house, loft style, of 160m2 with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people.

EQUIPMENT

The house is air conditioned, the contemporary decoration is neat and the kitchen is fully equipped. The garden is adorned with a Balinese pool of 5m x 2m. The pool, secured by an alarm, can be heated from April to October.

THE PARKING

Two secure parking spaces are reserved for you.

THE SITUATION

Located at the entrance of the village. The house and its private swimming pool are completely independent.

We had a great time in Daniel's lovely home. Really easy to access Avignon, Arles, AIX etc. We woul d highly recommend the property.

Schönes Haus mit Schwachstellen

Wir waren als Familie für 2 Wochen in diesem Haus. Der Garten ist sehr privat und mit einem grossen Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen. Der Pool ist klein – aber zum Abkühlen war er ideal. Das WLAN ist sehr schwach (kein Empfang im Garten, im Haus nur dürftig). Weder Handtücher noch WC-Rollenhalter in den Toilettenräumen. Beim genauer hinsehen stellten wir fest, dass das Haus nicht sauber gereinigt wurde: Spinnweben in allen Toilettenräumen, eine Pfanne und diverse Teller mit Speiseresten, Tassen mit Kaffeespuren drin, Tür zum Geschirrspüler war voll mit Speiseresten, Abfalleimer sehr schmutzig, Griffe der Küchenschränke waren innen klebrig und schmutzig. Im Grill lag ein verkohltes Würstchen vom Vormieter (?). Im unteren Schlafzimmer war eine dicke Staubschicht hinter der Holzdekoration. Im oberen Schlafzimmer war das Fenster hinter dem Rollo voll mit Spinnweben. Die Waschmaschine war schmutzig und hatte Ablagerungen von Schimmel. Aber das schlimmste waren die Bettwanzen im oberen Schlafzimmer. Wir hatten mehrere Stiche davon. Den Hauseigentümer hat sich nicht zu den Problemen geäussert. Am Tag der Rückgabe des Hauses haben wir ihn nochmals darauf angesprochen und er hat sehr aufgebracht reagiert. Er war überhaupt nicht bereit, die Sachlage ruhig zu diskutieren und hat uns als pingelig bezichtigt. Schlussendlich hat er uns unmissverständlich aufgefordert, das Haus zu verlassen. Das ist keine Art, ein Problem zu lösen.

Quelques jours en Provence.

Excellente semaine dans une maison originale, agrémentée d'un jardin avec piscine, le tout formant un sympathique ensemble. La localisation permet un accès rapide aux principaux centres d'interet de la Provence. A noter l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire.

Niet echt wat we hadden verwacht. Vooraan een bistro die in het weekend lawaaierig is. Naast de woning een handige spar winkel maar om vijf uur lossen van vrachtwagen. Noch het bestek en de glazen waren echt proper. Om een maaltijd voor zes mensen te bereiden was er 1 braadpan en 2 steelpannen ter beschikking wat toch weinig is. Op een slaapkamer wel een nachtlamp maar zonder lamp.... S avonds niet mogelijk om een boek te lezen op het terras wegens geen terrasverlichting. Het derde bed was niet comfortabel voor twee volwassen mensen. Zonder te morsen met de elektriciteit toch nog 66 euro moeten bijbetalen. Hebben de woning verkeerd ingeschat wegens geen foto s van het huis buiten op de site. Al bij al toch een warme en leuke vakantie gehad. Volgende maal een andere locatie Reginald

Il est des locations comme celle-ci, qui sont très agréables, bien équipées avec un superbe Design. Et il est des propriétaires comme Daniel. Une rencontre plus que sympathique. Un homme doux, chaleureux, serviable et qui plus est, très bon restaurateur. N'hésitez pas à diner au Vintage bistrot épicurien, Daniel vous proposera suivant les jours, une Daube en gelée absolument délicieuse, et tant d'autres choses... Une très belle rencontre, si nous passons dans la région, nous ferons le détour pour Daniel. Nous recommandons l'ensemble. Erick accompagné de sa famille.

Magnifique villa avec un propriétaire très accueillant et très serviable

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en famille. Tant de choses à voir dans cette région,et que le retour du soir est agréable dans cette villa très calme et apaisante, au décor de très bon goût.
