Located in Rosemary Beach with easy access to the amphitheater along the St. Augustine green, 103 E Kingston is a luxurious, beautifully decorated 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home including the carriage house. 

As you pull into the driveway, you will notice the spacious loggia with an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, and seating for six. Just off the back is your own private heated pool and there are four community pools just a stroll away!

The first floor boasts a kitchen fit for a professional chef, a custom farmhouse dining table, and an open concept living room equipped with an accent fireplace as well as French doors leading out to the loggia. 

Also on this floor is a large king master with French doors leading out to the loggia.  Pamper yourself in the master bath which features: a dual vanity, walk-in shower with two waterfall features, a free-standing tub, and floor to ceiling tile. 

Making your way up the stairs to the second floor, you enter the second living room which is equipped with a wine cooler and flat screen TV, perfect for movie nights.  Just off to the side is the second king master bedroom with 180 degrees of window walls and your own private bath.  Continuing through the second floor, you will find the third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a shared balcony.  Tucked in the back corner of the house you'll find the fourth bedroom and your own private en-suite bathroom plus a shared balcony with views of the pool. 

Behind the main house, you will find the fully equipped carriage house which boasts three flat-screen TVs, perfect for the sports enthusiast of your family.  There is a king bedroom and a full bath along with a loft area.

1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. 30A Escapes cannot be held responsible for construction near the rental property. 
4) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
6) A mid-stay clean is required for all stays over 7 days. The cleaners will be coming by on Wednesday.
