About this property

Stay where the locals play - North Beach! Right across the street from the ocean! Take about 20 steps across the main road and your feet are in the sand.

This studio is about 300 square feet and is made to accommodate 2 people. It can sleep 4 if you bring your own blow-up mattress. Please indicate how many guests will be staying

This is a Pet-Friendly building with a pet fee.

About 2 miles from Hampton Beach, far enough away to escape the traffic but close enough to enjoy all of the attractions. Bring your surfing gear as some of the best waves on the seacoast are at your front door.

The apartment comes with a Toaster Oven Broiler with Convection and an Electric Double Cast-Iron Burner. As there is not a full kitchen in this apartment, this will take care of your cooking needs when you need to bake, broil, or heat anything on the stove-top.

The apartment comes with all of your toiletry needs except for shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We are no longer providing these items due to the high volume of theft of these 3 items.

Disclaimer: This is not a Sheraton Hotel. You will not be getting fresh clean towels every day. We can only provide a certain amount of towels for your stay based on how long you are staying. You will have to hang your towels up to dry and reuse them for a couple of nights for showering. We don’t have the water capacity or the washing machine capacity to provide new towels every single day. We do not provide beach towels.

There is only room for parking for 1 car per unit. This is a building with 6 studios in it. Not suitable for parties as there are other guests staying next door. Be respectful of the other guests. Quiet hours start at 11:00 PM.

This is a low price, great place to stay that is right across the street from the beach at an affordable price. The reason that it is affordable is because there are no amenities that a high-end hotel has. If you are expecting room service and a maid to clean the rooms every day I suggest staying at the Ashworth Hotel down the street for $300/night.

Good simple stay

The unit was as described. It was small and cozy. While a little dated, it was clean, and surprisingly, I found no spiders despite the buildings age.

The room was very nice, clean and well-kept. Definitely plenty of amenities; fully stocked kitchenette, very comfortable bed, awesome shower. Lacks room for clothes, but that's OK. My biggest issue was the lack of sound-proofing. They literally supply earplugs on the night stand because you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the adjoining rooms! The first night I was there I had the pleasure of listening to a druggie and her man fighting about why he wouldn't give her more and him asking what her MO was, with "n" being dropped every other word. Was expecting to have the paramedics there in the morning. Second night, the same room had new occupants that had a dog that would not stop yipping. I turned the fan on high on the A/C just to try and drown it out. Quiet hour at 11? Nope...and there is no contact number for the manager/owner to complain. Pity because I really liked the location and the room.

What a wonder place. I’d like to keep it my secret….

Tyler thought of everything that you might have needed and maybe a few things you may have forgot yourself. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. As we enter I was impressed with the cleanliness and freshness feel of it all. It had a full size fridge, I could picture my husband and I coming back for a week or more in the summer. Can’t wait to go back.
