There are two living rooms for maximum fun and comfort. 
The main level great room with vaulted ceilings and glass windows out to the mountain views where you can enjoy beautiful alpenglow, a gas fireplace, an open-concept kitchen, a spacious dining area, wood floors running throughout the main floor, a king primary suite with access to the spacious deck.

Downstairs, you’ll find a large family room with a gas fireplace, tons of entertaining space and access to the back patio with private hot tub.

There is a non-usable fire pit on property, due to intermittent fire restrictions in Summit County the owner of the property has elected to remove from listing. Please do not use the firepit when renting, thank you!
