About this property

Ideal holiday home for family

Renovated in 2016, our house is ideal for family holidays. Enjoy the quiet of a garden for children to play safely.

The house comprises:
- On the ground floor of a nice living-dining room, a closed equipped kitchen, separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower;
- First floor three bedrooms (two equipped with two twin beds and a bunk bed) and a bathroom with bathtub. For younger children, there is also a cot;
- Outside garden and terrace overlooking the living room and kitchen (table, chairs and loungers available).

The house has the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay: induction hob, convection oven, Senseo coffee maker and kettle, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, television and bluetooth speaker.

Less than 10 minutes walk from the beach by a small footpath, you can enjoy the sea and its joys (sailing school, swimming, walking ...). Saint Philibert is full of bike trails and byways, offering pleasant walks.
Also you can go watch the alignments of Carnac and the pretty port of La Trinité sur mer, Saint Goustan or valves.

Maison spacieuse pour une famille de 5 personnes dont 2 enfants

Très bien mais les magasins sont un peu éloignés. Par contre la plage est à 10 minutes à pieds et est accessible par un sentier très agréable. Nous avons passé de bonne vacances.

Belle maison agréable à vivre

Séjour vaste et confortable, quatre belles chambres, joli jardin arboré, l'ombre du figuier permet des repas dehors très plaisants. La plage est accessible à pied en dix minutes. Très bon choix de vacances.

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil😃! une maison idéalement placée, près de la plage et dans une résidence calme. Très propre et très bien équipée. Nous y avons séjourné avec 4 adultes, 2 enfants et 2 bébés ; il y a un trampoline et pleins de jouets pour les enfants ce qui ont fait leur grand bonheur. Je dirais juste qu'il manque un micro onde ( très pratique lorsqu'on a des enfants) et un matelas un peu plus ferme dans le lit du bas. Je recommande +++++ pour visiter cette belle région .

Très bon accueil et organisation de notre arrivée et de notre départ, Corinne au top ! Maison agréable, très pratique pour loger un équipage bateau . Quelques suggestions à la marge : Mériterait un salon plus équipé, (canapé trop petit , qques poufs ou chaises de salon en plus, et détails bretons : Couverts et plateaux pour fruits de mer serait un plus Matelas lits simples un peu trop fins, Ok pour le lit double Nous sommes très satisfaits Partants pour réserver pour le Spi Ouest de l'an prochain WE de Pâques du mercredi soir au lundi 16h.
