This cheerful home is located in Vineyard, a new family neighborhood suburb of Provo. Surrounded by majestic mountains and close to Utah Lake, our home sleeps twelve. If you are BYU or UVU fans you will be only minutes away from all of their year-round events! Or maybe you want to snowboard at Sundance Ski Resort or enjoy Provo Canyon activities a short 15 minute drive away. Enjoy limitless hiking trails, biking or fishing in nearby Provo River or Utah Lake. The whole family will enjoy the Vineyard parks and Splash pad. Downtown Salt Lake City and the airport are 40 minutes away. We have 5 bedrooms (a California king bed, 2 queen beds, a bunk bed with an upper twin, bottom full and twin trundle, a "family" bedroom in the basement that sleeps 7 plus a queen sofa bed). With beds for 19 you need enough bathrooms. We have 4 1/2 bathrooms! Watch your favorite Netflix shows together on Apple TV or go down to the theater room in the basement and watch Apple TV on the big projected screen. Prepare your own meals in a fully stocked kitchen or choose from the endless choice of delicious restaurants nearby. Go see a movie at the Megaplex 13 Geneva, including an IMAX theater, right in Vineyard. Or enjoy musical performances at the new Hale Theater or Sundance Summer Theater.

Very neat and tidy place with plenty of sleep-space for family/friends. Neighborhood is family friendly with children and neighborly neighbors. Quite convenient to the area with plenty of places to eat and visit. The owners were very responsive to requests!

Great place for our family visit

Five of my brothers and sisters with spouses met here to attend wedding in area. This was a great place with all the bedrooms and large kitchen table. Host was also very accommodating as they allowed early entry when one of my brothers showed up 3 hours early.

Perfect place for a large family

We came for a wedding. We had 4 generations all together. This place was perfect. Safe neighborhood and close to everything. The house is well stocked with everything we needed. Excellent hostess who was very responsive.

Just the house we needed!

We were in town for a week for our daighters wedding in Lehi and this house was 5 minutes from the venue! Clean, stocked, plenty of space for all of us. Communication was great with Becky and we had no issues. We would rent again. Great value for money spent.

Our 3 generations had a great time together. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, blankets, and even a Christmas tree set up with lights.Kitchen table was big enough for lots of game playing. Location is super convenient to the freeway and stores. Safe neighborhood. Sometimes the house shakes when the Front Runner goes by.

We came with two moms at Coach at nine little gymnasts. The house was so perfect for our group. We let the girls have the whole downstairs and the moms took the upper floor.

This home had everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable beds. Toys, baby essentials, blankets, fireplaces, comfy family room, fenced in yard with play house. Fully stocked kitchen etc. The owner is super helpful and the rental process is great. Great neighborhood with lots of things to do nearby. We rented for extended family for a wedding it was perfect.

We gathered for our sons wedding. The home was beautiful and clean. Extremely well stocked and well organized. Owner was very attentive and responded immediately to all questions. Ideal for Girls Retreat

A wonderful place to stay. Plenty of space for the 9 of us. A big kitchen table where we all could sit. Ample gathering areas and kitchen needs. Extra tables in the garage. The bedroom downstairs with multiple beds is perfect for sisters who haven't seen each other and want to stay up and talk. Super wonderful master suite. Slept well! Train route in the neighborhood can shake the house a bit. We'd come again for sure!

Our host Rebecca was very wonderful. She was very helpful and quick to respond. to our request. We had some minor issues with the cleanliness of the home ( I get that it is difficult to manage the cleaners) but she was so quick to get someone out to the home to reclean. I would have given 5 stars if we did not have this issue. Thank you Rebecca

Bright and airy, but could use a deep cleaning…

The house was as described and fit us perfectly. The kitchen was well appointed, and the washer and dryer were great! Plenty of linens. Owners were prompt in their responses, which is ideal. Our only complaint was how dirty the home was. Stains on furniture and carpets. Fingers smears on every wall and banister. Baseboards and air vents caked in dust and grime. We spent several hours our first two days there cleaning so that we could feel comfortable. Other than that, this property was nice and has great potential.
