About this property

GREAT LOCATION!! Upper floor, corner unit with windows on three sides. Shady balcony overlooking the pool with sunset and ocean views. Less than one mile walking distance to all Ali'i Drive attractions, Kailua Pier and some of Kailua Kona's best restaurants. Close to Honl's beach. Central location if you want to stay in town or easy access up to the highway to get out and explore the rest of the island!

All are welcome to enjoy this little piece of paradise.

Small, fully stocked kitchen with some basic amenities provided. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with a walk in closet and is down the hall away from living area. A futon is also in the living room for an extra sleeping area. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a large vanity and mirror.

Perfect size for a couple or small family. Lots of movies, books, games and beach/pool gear available for use during your stay. There is a BBQ by the pool along with an outdoor shower, restrooms and an area to store a bicycle.

A/C in the bedroom, but please conserve energy usage. Hawaii has the highest electricity costs in the country.

Nice Condo & Location. Great Value.

The condo was very comfortable and located less than a mile walking distance from downtown Kona. The full kitchen was nice to have and a cost savings as eating out is expensive. We enjoyed using the small outdoor patio/lanai which had a beautiful (partial) view of the ocean. Loved having the washer and dryer within the unit. We experienced no safety concerns as to the condo's location and the downstairs neighbor was super friendly and helpful. The Condo was a great value and definitely would stay there again or recommend to others on a budget.

Lovely Lunapule condo

Great location and condo had everything needed. Julie is very responsive to concerns. Loved the location and its proximity to my fave beach for watching the sunset.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage

Wir waren hier anlässlich der Ironman-WM 2022. Restaurants und kleinere Supermärkte gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Pool am Haus bot oft die dringend erforderliche Erfrischung. Das Condo hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr ruhig.
